I switched over here from the Palatka office. Much more friendly clean environment and down to earth with patients and they are about the patients and not just here for a paycheck like the Palatka office.

Unethical nurses running that place. Stay away.

Been waiting in the lobby for over and hour past my appointment time checked in hour ago still waiting .. also they changed locations and didnt think to msg the address in the appointment reminder. Workers are mid to low tier and dont seem to care

Please update your website to reflect that you no longer provide medication management services to uninsured self pay individuals and refer them immediately out to other providers. Med management is only for insured now. This should be on your site to save consumers time in looking for a provider.

Not in the slightest way professional and or helpful. I sincerely dont see how this place could have the four star review it currently has now.I was given advice from a doctor via a computer video session that she would not and could not prescribe the medication i have been on for years and continued to tell me Ver Batum I dont mean to give you bad advice but maybe just buy the medication off the street and slowly taper myself off the drugI am not shaming the estblishment in its entirety but this review is in regards to this very specific experience I had here and will NEVER be back or recommend anyone go here.

I waited close to an hour for a lady to come get me to sign some papers and I went up there almost an hour later after waiting patiently and the lady told me that the lady I needed to see left for the day and that she called my name and came looking for me but how do you come looking for somebody that is sitting where you told him to sit And some of these staff are rude as well

The front desk ladies are kind and very helpful however I waited from 830 till 1130am to get told I have to wait to hear back from someone else to reschedule an appointment...why because the screener was ready to go to lunch. I appreciate that he atleast met with me to discuss a few things but I felt under valued when he recommended I reschedule with another office..I still havent received a call back from anyone.

It takes a while sometimes to get an appointment. So plan accordingly. But the staff is awesome. They are very friendly and helpful. The doctor I see Heather Leonardy is extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They accept insurrance and offer a sliding scale for people who dont have insurance. And They have an assistance program for prescriptions. All-in-all they are very affordable.

Front desk people are great and helpful. However if you need a nurse remember to ask for Ms. Beth or you will have to call a supervisor for help. Jennifer will not answer the phone or respond to voicemails. Being rude doesnt make it easy for the clients who need help.
