Unorganized and unprofessional this agency steals from its clients and employees. Staff members who work in the office or hold high positions in the agency havent been trained and lack the proper education to be in those positions like Iris Rolando and Lenny. I wouldnt trust this agency with my dog. This agency needs to be shut down immediately.

I came and saw Miriam at Sinergia for housing Advocacy for some assistance with NYCHA applicaton I am a victim of domestic violence and she was very helpful and also very kind.

Been calling intake for like a year to obtain advocacy for my son and no one ever answers. I called the supervisors at name Jordan and she never answers or returns calls. Im the past I spoke with Tatiana C who was wonderful but this time it seems like things changed and they no longer want to assist me. I have no idea on what to do

It is the worst place to go program and also everybody that works there is a bunch of liars and there resident is horrible they do not get things done especially resident director Rebecca matlin she is very bad person not nice she is the biggest liar the state needs to go this place down

Yes they dont help no ones and the workers they have are fraudthey pretend that they are working making fakes appointment the worst agencies to ask for help

I can say thanks god this place exists because they really help families with children with special needs.i am having all the support as a mother and my child needs. Thank you
