INSURANCE FRAUD This office sucks Do not go there They will bill your insurance for things they didnt do. The insurancebilling coordinator knows exactly what she is doing when billing procedures that were not actually performed. I provided a panoramic x-ray for my husband from our previous office and they still billed my insurance for a panoramic x-ray. The insurance billing coordinator claimed to have resubmitted that claim to fix her error but lied about actually resubmitting it. I called Delta dental before calling the office to confirm whether the claim was resubmitted it wasnt and the insurance coordinator lied. Dr. Silka I asked Amanda to speak to you several times and she said you werent in the office on a Thursday at 3pm which are your office hours. If you happen to come across this message I need this insurance claim to be fixed ASAP This is insurance fraud To all the patients that go to this office be aware of what if being billed and what was actually done Im sure Im not the only patient they have done this to.

Dr.Sikka and Staff are amazingFrom the beginning to the end I received amazing care from the entire team. The receptionistfront assistant was serving smiles and making sure all patients checking in were taken care of. Dental assistances were professional and showed so much empathy towards me throughout my entire visit making me feel more at ease being there. Dr.Sikka provided great care and was very informative with her examination from start to finish. The dentist that actually did the procedure deserves all 5 stars she not only went out of her way to make me comfortable but talked me through every step of the wayI am so glad I chose Dr.Sikkas dental group for my care I am definitely referring family and friends there.

Dr. Sikka is GREAT She assessed patients dental needs explained a proposed treatment plan why and stressed her desire to do only what she felt was medically necessary.Clerical support was inadequate couldnt find patient in Delta Dental. Clerk had us call and get info from them Determined clerk had patients name misspelled

My 4 year old daughter was seen for a check up cleaning today. Everyone at Sikka Dental was so kind and explained everything to her as the X-rays were taken and the cleaning and the exam progressed. She went in a little nervous but left happy to have been there and to have had her teeth cared for by such a nice team.

Dr. Sikka and staff have been great over the years. They effectively communicate scheduling and appointments and do their best to accommodate with personal schedules. The checkups are thorough and routine cleaning is very well done

. Excellent staff very professional and friendly. I have been with this dentist office for over 20 years now. Loved my dentist she makes me feel at ease and comfortable.

I had no problems at Dr.Sikkas office. Everyone there was nice including Dr. Johnson who actually did all my oral surgery.

Sikka Dental review on 3rd appointment. I found the staff had the expertise experience and training to deliver professional care at a reasonable price.The office has clean air filters that gave a safe clean experience. I felt very safe in their office. Safe parking lot too.The Dental hygienist Is very good and the tooth guard they made for me really protects teeth from my clenching jaw while I sleep. Can only guess how much pain and expense the guard is saving me.The Dentist is excellent too. She prescribed the right solution at a reasonable price.I recommend this dental office. Please check them out.
