Michelle Young gaslights her clients. I asked to switch providers as soon as I realized she was withholding diagnosiss. After having multiple nurses and pharmacists tell me that a medication could cause negative effects with another medication I was taking she assured me that it was safe. It was not safe. It made my heart rate sky rocket. It felt like she didnt care or understand anything I was saying. It took Signature Health around 3 months to get me assigned to a new psychiatrist. In the meantime they expected me to go to my appointments with her even after expressing that seeing her was making my mental health worse and I wouldnt allow her to change any of my medications because I didnt trust her. It should not have taken three months to get a different provider especially when malpractice was taking place. There is no privacy at the pharmacy. You are expected to yell through a glass window your name and birthday. Sometimes even the name of the medication you are trying to pick up.

Like many others I have also suffered medical gaslighting hereThe American Counseling Association has a pretty on point red flag list that Ive personally encountered during treatment at Signature so please be aware ofDismissal of symptoms insensitivejudgmental rushing diagnosisoverdiagnosing not listeninginterrupting imposing beliefs and most importantly becoming overly defensive about feedback or boundaries You should always always always feel safe If you experience anything even remotely like this with a doctortherapist tell someone you trust and RUN Human before anything else be safe out there

Ive been in therapy for many years and Ive never experienced the treachery I have at Signature Health. Sarah Thomas covers about every warning sign in a therapist you can think of. Defensive cruel diagnosing without ever even meeting the patient. You name it. Thankfully for me I have been blessed with kind insightful therapists in recent past. They dont work there anymore sadly but Im starting to understand why lol. I truly worry for those seeking help after me. If it feels off it probably is. Its ok to cut ties for your own personal boundaries and safety. Even if it does hurt to do so. You and your boundaries Are important and Do deserve respect Lessons from my previous therapist that saved me here A professional raging over small things Anything is a no go. And with patients Absolutely not. Good ones are out there. No doubt about it. Just maybe not here its too bad they seem to be buying everyone out in the area. It makes for less options for those seeking help and thats no good for anyone IMO.

My care team at signature health has been amazing. Alex my therapist and Kristen my psychiatrist along with her nurse Lisa have gone above and beyond to make sure my quality of care has been accommodated. Kristen and Lisa have been so understanding with the manufacturing back orders on medication and act as fast as they can to ensure I am not without my medications. Virtual appointments make it so I can take care of my mental health while still being a productive adult with work and children. Highly recommend signature health to all my friends and family.

I had an appointment with a nurse practitioner at 8am they didnt send me the link or call I waited then they said well Ill schedule you a month from now like accommodation shouldnt have been met from the admittedly having issues with the phone service but ofurse they would have been happy to charge my insurance for a no show and.. keep me in primary counseling case management to to keep charging me for in important things Id give them less than 1 star if I could

DO NOT COME HERE... THEY WILL LET YOU SUFFER UNTIL DEATH THIS IS JUST A WELL DISGUISED SUBOXONE MILL I HAVE LITERALLY BEEN TOLD WE NEED TO BE CAREFUL.AND WATCH OUR LICENSES by a provider... VERY professional right This should be zero stars... I have ADHD and textbook panic disorder. I have been here for 1.5 years in an MAT program. I have openly and honestly shared all my issues with the MAT team and psychiatrists. If you have serious mental health conditions other than a substance use disorder DO NOT COME HERE. they want to take zero liability prescribing proper medications to people. They took my girlfriend off of one of her risky medications after being on it for years... and she had to cry and plead to get them back so she could live a normal life. In real time I have lost a job due to my panic attacks. And the same cycle Ive explained is happening again. However THEY DONT CARE. They compartmentalize addicts and diagnose you with PTSD and literally blame EVERYTHING on that as a fallback because there are no PTSD medications. Only meds to treat symptoms and will blatanly ignore any conditions you have to avoid liability of properly prescribing people the medication they need. Improper diagnosis along with not even prescribing anything FDA approved or remotely close to anyhring that would be considered a relevant medication BUT THEY WILL SHOVE SUBOXONE DOWN YOUR THROAT. BUT AS SOON AS YOU SAY YOUD LIKE TO GET OFF OF IT.. OH NO NO NO NO... you shouldnt do that we have bigger problems to deal with... when it was circumstantial that Im even on this trash... no thank you to signature health... and I believe the entire psychiatric team needs to re read the DSM-5. Shout out to the nursing staff and my therapist. However this is just a suboxone mill... you know what paid for that nice new building... people who were SOLD suboxone just to be addicted to legal heroin. STAY AWAY THIS IS JUST A WELL DRESSED MEDICAID SCAM the nurses Jenica and Rick are class acts in the nursing field. HOWEVER the providers will only provide you with Greif I should have known better because about 5 years ago I was sat down with doctor Zwicter or whatever his name is and said I wanted vivitrol and in all actually In The same sit down tried 4 times to get me on suboxone... he is a tyrant who is getting huge checks more than likeley for all of the suboxone that gets pushed out the door and people are sufferingdue to his lack owledge and corporate greed. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS CORPORATE MONEY GRAB

Im concerned for the patients who need urgent care because of medication allergies and urgent questions..nurses need to call back asap. Hire more nurses and real doctors. Not a fan of nurse practitioners.. lots of gaslighting goes on with no communication. This disheartening and unprofessional. Please do better

Pharmacy hours are not compatible with people who work. Some of the front desk people are rude and think its appropriate to discuss your confidential information with one another after you leave the building. Also no confidentiality at the pharmacy with it being right in the middle of the waiting room. This place is a joke besides Jenica shes amazing and actually cares. Amanda was also amazing but she no longer works here. They are the only reason Ive continued my care here for so long.
