Signature Health - Lakewood

I would highly caution anyone if theyre new with Signature Health have an appointment with Amanda. Amanda had a puss on her face during the entirety of our first virtual appointment. She showed absolutely no interest or concern in anything I had to say... continuously brushing me off. If you want to be treated like you arent even human shes the provider for you. When the video call began there was no greeting nor her introducing herself it was rapid fire 1-word questions in the most annoyed of tones name DOB symptoms Etc.... She has the worst people skills of anyone Ive ever encountered and that is not hyperbolic.

DO NOT ENTERTAIN THEYRE SERVICES I had an appointment which was made a couple weeks ago. I get to my appointment today and the receptionist had me standing there for a good 10 minutes while she takes all my insurance information. Once she gets my insurance information she then tells me oh Im sorry the person that youre supposed to see shes not available they werent supposed to have you see her THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY do you want to make another appointment I said absolutely not Totally unprofessional You would think they would have called to reschedule or somethingI took time out of my day and wasted my gas to drive over there

Been on suboxone 8 years and switched to signature health due to my first dr retirement.Since then its been a nightmare Dr claims I have no sub in my system but my labs on my chart all show suboxone. She cut my script in half and is threatening to take me off. This place is a joke and Im doing all I can to switch drs. Beware of this place. They are LIARS

They just want to put anyone on Suboxone my boyfriend whos NOT on opiates who never had a problem they want to put on Suboxone the most insane thing Ive ever heard of....theres no way they could call themselves doctors

Human contact is always the best in my opinion . Only issue I have is the sign in kiosk when you get there. Not a fan I rather verify info with a person. A person can ask questions something as easy as hows your dayhow do you feel too much is missed without the human touch.smiles are contagious

Nope. Signature health was decent once upon a time but it seems like every single one of their locations are now completely useless. Youre better off going with just about any other office that takes your insurance. SHs providers are mostly nothing but pill pushers and hacks. Getting any medication refilled is like jumping through hoops. Ive had counselors try to use binaural frequencies in order to improve my executive function which is like if someone tried to play a Theremin in your ear until you had no choice but to go do something else. Even the Willoughby and Painseville locations are jokes now. Pretty sad

The manly looking female doctor huffed and puffed in my ears while trying to explain how I feel about my problems. Not a psychiatrist you want to talk to about anything. Doesnt listen but more trys to push things off on you. Feels like she knows your life after 45 mins. Do NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY. I will be sending over the audio to the state board. Definitely has to be a newer nurse practitioner

My son was treated there started good with one doctor who left the next doctor l took her advice and my son ended up in northcoast for 8 years l should never listen to her .

We have had horrible experiences with signature health in Lakewood I am in the process of filing complaints with various state agencies. This location serves NO purpose and needs to be shut down. If you have had a bad experience with getting your meds in a timely manner or any other issues. I would like to get a group together to work towards making SERIOUS changes at that location or closing it down. They are currently NOR providing adequate care for their clients

Brenda Pellot is an amazing social worker for my parents. We love her dearly and over the years shes become like family. Signature Health is lucky I have such a caring employee
