Signature Health - Beachwood

I’ve been seeing Dr Tiffany S Jones there now for a couple years and I honestly think she’s the worst psychiatrist I’ve ever had in my life, she is always late for appointments, always seems disinterested or annoyed, and has brought up that she “thinks I need to lose weight” unsolicited the past few visits I’ve had with her. That may be true, but she’s not my PCP and I don’t want to hear comments about my weight from my psychiatrist. I have also run out of refills multiple times without them being refilled for several days to a week, including right now, where I have been out of a medication for 3 days without any response from Dr Jones or her team. A couple times it was because I forgot to schedule my next appointment, but I don’t know why this time. The withdrawal from this medication is terrible.

I would like to know how some of these case managers get the job, when they are so uncaring, that they don't even listen to what you are saying.. I had 2 case managers out of the Beachwood office, TERRIBLE!!!.. DO NOT ever get Lisa Rich or Raye Cring..Lisa Rich takes care of her personal drama when you are with her..I knew more about her than she did about me.. On the cell phone with her boyfriend, while she is driving..Raye Cring cancels appointments on a regular basis..I also have a friend that has her, and she is very unhappy with her.. My friend really needed her to take her to an appointment, at the last she minute cancels..Not only cancels appointments, but rushes you, when she does show up..how uncaring can someone be? Signature health does nothing about this nonsense..that really says a lot..
