Introduction
Hello! I’m Sierra Jefferson, M.S., CCC-SLP, a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist and founder of Pathways to Speech. As a proud graduate of the University of the District of Columbia, I have spent the last five years dedicated to serving children and families throughout the Atlanta area. I specialize in supporting toddlers and school-age students as they discover their unique voices, improve speech clarity, and build lasting confidence. My passion lies in creating personalized, engaging therapy that empowers every child to communicate effectively and connect meaningfully with the world around them.
What words would you use to describe yourself?
Collaborative
Energetic
Creative
I chose these words because beyond my clinical expertise, I live by the values of connection and growth every day. I believe true progress happens through genuine collaboration with families and our community, as we all have something valuable to learn from one another. My approach is fueled by energy and creativity, allowing me to thrive in any environment while making therapy deeply engaging. For me, speech-language pathology isn’t just a career—it’s a personal commitment to building bridges and ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and fully supported in their unique communication journey.
Who are you best positioned to serve?
I am best positioned to serve toddlers and school-age children who are navigating the exciting, sometimes challenging journey of finding their voices. My expertise is a perfect fit for families who value a collaborative, community-focused partner. I thrive when working with students who need a high-energy, creative environment to improve their speech clarity and build communication confidence. Whether your child is just starting to use words or working on complex social skills, I am dedicated to those who seek a clinician who brings both professional precision and a personal heart to every session.
