With over 20 years in Practice, treating ADHD, Depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorders and almost all mental health illnesses. Specializing in trauma, Shelly White, LPC uses EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing - to help her clients process unresolved feeling and learn coping skills to begin a new life of freedom from past life events.
