On the Record: I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in private practice in CA. I am passionate about supporting adults through times of life transitions. I am experienced in assisting and advocating for people as they embrace the person they were born to be and navigate life challenges, including depression or anxiety. Working from a holistic approach, I strive to help my clients become more self-aware, nourish their strengths, and form authentic connections between themselves and others. My clinical style is straightforward and practical, anchored in the reality of everyday life.
