We received excellent care for our mother who found out she needed heart valve replacement. Tests were done immediately and a quick surgery date was scheduled. Cant say enough good things about Luverne her NP. All of these people were great

My sister was in this hosiptal and the only thing they are good for is birthing babies There reputation on how they deal with patients is not deserving of 2 stars I would not send my dog there. As seen on television they claim to have some spiritual back round but that is not true. If you dont have money they will throw you out of there hosiptal. Do they give the beat care hell no They couldnt wait to push you out the doors. This stupid place did not know the one of the medications that was given to my sister Should have not been given with another medication compromising her health. How does that happen.

i was here for a week. the hospital staff completely messed up my medications and repeatedly misplaced the prescriptions the patients brought in misdiagnosed my conditions and ignored my medical history and possible drug interactions.i was there for three days before anyone bothered to give me food. they never did get my insurance right. they even refused to give me an extra blanket when the heat was out over the weekend. AND they repeatedly insulted by husband when he came to visit.and during nightly Christian prayers the staff actually said that if we didnt join in may God have mercy in your souls. its 2024. who says thatoh and when the did followup calls they didnt tell me that the day after i was discharged all the other patients came down with the flu and were given antivirals.theres so much more but there isnt room here.the bottom line is i am now terrified of this hospital. most of them arent even trying. it doesnt have to be like this. we all deserve better. all of us.this was absolutely the worst week of my life and theyre billing like i stayed at The Four Seasons.

Worst experience ever Try another ER or be prepared to wait. Urgent care referred my mom here for a possible CT scan. We came in at 7pm and its 430am were barely finished the scan. We havent seen a doctor yet just nurses who move us from one spot to the other. Around 3am we were moved to this makeshift room... the worst experience ever Ask the lady with a sick baby that opted to leave because she had been here for 4 hours and no one had triage her baby . Ppl in pain all around they were all waiting for hours.

The RNs in the motherbaby wing were beyond spectacular. I seriously dont know how we would have managed without them. Plus the cafeteria food was solid at an incredible price. 1010 would baby again

All I can say is WOW just WOW The staff on wing 2D are incredible. Lets just say when the staff is lead by a good example you get good results. Dr Iqbal is OUTSTANDING and his leadership shows in his nursing staff. I would like to thank each and every one of them. I dont want to individually name them because Im afraid I may miss someone. All of you know who you are the kindness and support you provided will never be forgotten. Keep up the compassionate care all of you demonstrated.

This urgent care deserves more stars. I was greeted from the outside by the police officer till the waiting room. I was wheeled in like royalty. I didnt have to wait I was attended to by the entire staff. Very courteous and helpful in the past I dreaded going to urgent care for the long wait. This was the right location to pick. I am very pleased to have received help in my medical emergency. I definitely recommend this location. Awesome staff and facility.

After waiting over 4 hours to be seen by a doctor I was put into a patient room that was pratically a dirty prison cell the size of a linen closet even with having good private health insurance. Per one of the nurses the hospital was not at full capacity however I was placed in the secluded dirty room to ensure theres enough open beds with monitors available for potential incoming patients. I was not checked on once I was not provided updates at all and the nursing staff seemed to converse with each other rather than tend to patients. The hospital is dirty very mismanaged and is frankly concerning. My blood was taken and x-ray images were captured prior to signing any consent forms. When the doctor finally came in he took his medical examination notes on a scrap piece of paper as if he was a server at a restaurant. Avoid this hospital if you value your health and wellness. Complete disaster of a facility. The lack of care is unbelievable. The Doctor doesnt even come to provide his official diagnosis or to provide me with discharge information as I requested. 1 star is too many stars for this place.

It was such an outstanding experience with one drawback. We went to the birth center. Everything was fantastic. Great nurses staff doctors and facilities. This hospital seems to have chemistry because almost everything was perfect. The only thing which unfortunately I had to remove a star for is the sleeper couch in the birth rooms. Men be aware of this It is cruel to make anyone sleep on that and Im only 55 and average sized. There is a beam that runs down the middle that will cause a tremendous amount of back pain. I brought it to the managers attention. She said a lot of people complain and all they can do is give extra blankets. I think thats really lame of the hospital and the person or team who makes this decision should sleep on it for one night. I ended up sleeping on the floor so I cant rate this place 5 stars as much as I would like to because everything else was near perfect. Otherwise this is a 5 star hospital for birth. All the nurses were fantastic. The staff in the cafeteria and Jane in the gift show are all so wonderful. Im very grateful to have picked this hospital for the birth. If we have another and they change the sleeper Ill most likely rerate this a 5

I honestly dont know why the reviews are so low here. Went into ER and received great service. I was surprised that the hospital was not chaotic. I am from Los Angeles and our ER is always bustling with people and its always loud.I had intense pelvic and abdomen pain. They did thorough testing - blood urine ultrasound and CT. I especially liked the nurse who took care of me. She is one of those patient sweet and sympathetic nurses. I especially liked the CT technician Daniel. He made the entire process smooth and very comfortable- I knew exactly what would happen as he thoroughly explained it. His care and sense of humor made the entire experience much easier. It took a while for me to get the results but I liked how the ER staff was so good at updating me.The only thing I disliked was the intern who drew my blood. The whole thing was done so poorly that my hand was in pain the entire time I was at the hospital. Even other nurses and doctors mentioned how it was poorly done.

Your pediatrician might be able to administer screenings, but most general doctors are not trained to formally diagnose autism. They might refer you to a qualified diagnostic clinician which include:
Developmental Pediatricians
Child Psychologists
Child Psychiatrists
Pediatric Neurologists
Pediatric Neuropsychologists
Your experience might look different depending on the type of clinician you choose. Many families prefer working with developmental pediatricians. Others might work with a psychiatrist or another specialist to get a different perspective.
A formal ASD diagnosis, or a medical diagnosis, helps you get the support your family needs, especially within the context of accessing medically necessary therapies and services.
Insurance Coverage for Therapies: Medically necessary therapies for ASD are often covered by insurance including, but not limited to, speech therapy, ABA therapy, and occupational therapy.
Financial Support: A diagnosis is required when applying for social security or disability benefits.
Plan for Care: A diagnosis helps identify your child’s support needs. For example, your child might need to develop social communication and self-regulation skills.
Future Research: The more data we gather through evaluations, the more we can improve services for autistic children and adults.
In a typical allergic reaction, your child’s body encounters an allergen (like pollen, dander, or pet hair) and sees it as a threat. Trying to protect itself, the immune system sends out a special protein called IgE antibodies to the mast cells in your child’s body. When your child comes in contact with the allergen again, those cells release chemicals (like histamines or eosinophils). The chemicals the antibodies release cause inflammation. That’s why your child’s nose gets stuffy and runny, or their skin breaks out in a rash when they come in contact with an allergen.
There are several types of allergies that children can have. Your child may experience one or more of these. While there are some rare ones out there, these are the most common types:
Allergic Rhinitis: This is when your child has allergies to things like pollen, dust, or pet dander in the air.
Food Allergies: Some children are allergic to certain foods like peanuts, milk, eggs, or fish.
Drug Allergies: Your child may be allergic to certain medicines. If they take a medicine they’re allergic to, they might get a rash, hives, or feel sick.
Insect Sting Allergies: If your child gets stung by a bee, wasp, or fire ant, they might have an allergic reaction.
Contact Allergies: Some people have a reaction when their skin touches certain things, like certain metals, latex, or plants (such as poison ivy).
Allergic Asthma: This is a specific subtype of asthma where asthma symptoms are triggered by things the person is allergic to, like pollen or pet dander.
