The staff here at Seven Bridges Therapy in Oakland are BEYOND amazingMy son has been taking speech therapy since October 2022 and he has improved so much My child only spoke maybe at most 10 words when he first started now he speaks 50 words.My sons speech therapist is Grayce and she is so patient and kind. I believe my son wouldnt be where he is without her It takes a long time for my son to be adjusted to people but after a short time with Grayce he adjusted and is now eager to get into the roomI cant thank Grayce and the Seven Bridges staff enough for helping my son. Highly recommend Seven Bridges to any parent that needs that extra help in speech for their child.

Archaic booking and terrible coordination. I cant speak to the therapists here but can tell you that their booking coordinator is stuck in another decade. Theres no reminder calls confirmation bookings automated scheduling updates calendar invites or anything of the sort - just informal and confusing emails. We were charged a lateno show fee without any heads up that our appointment was happening within 2 week of a change date amongst separated parents. Id wager theyll reply with in our terms and Id simply say save yourself a future headache and bring your business and time to their competitors - their admin service ruins the work of the real talent here.

In my review of the company Id like to address the issue of being consistently understaffed. Its clear that the company is facing challenges in this area which can impact service quality and response times. While I understand that staffing issues can be complex its essential for the company to work on improving this aspect to provide a better customer experience. Frequent delays or difficulties in getting assistance can be frustrating for customers and addressing this concern should be a top priority for the companys management. They frequently reschedule appointments due to being understaffed which can be understandable given their situation. However its important to mention that they should treat both customer and company rescheduling equally as inconsistency in their policies can be frustrating for clients.

This place has helped my speech delayed little one make a tremendous improvement over the last two years. He has gone from not being able to say any words to having full conversations. Weve had three different speech therapists and each one has been great.The therapists here are amazing They work hard to understand your kiddo and bring activities that they will engage with and enjoy. My little one loves coming every week.I will say that their attendance policy is very strict which is to be expected from in demand services serving densely populated areas. I can also attest to the intake process being a little sloppy although I will say that we started with them during the height of the pandemic when there were lots of logistical issues for everyone not just this provider. Since things have calmed down theyve introduced a new system that makes scheduling and contacting your therapist much easier than it was when we started. If you had a poor interaction here with scheduling Im the past I would circle back and try again because the therapists are great and honestly theyre worth the headaches with scheduling.

My kiddo loves the group session with Grace. It is helping him become more confident when making friends He does not like to miss the sessions. I do miss their old location because of the free parking but the location on Grand Ave is fun to walk around. Just bring extra coins for the meters as the card readers sometimes are broken.

Had an assessment recently. My 6-year-old daughter loved this place. She was so enthralled by the games and toys that she didnt want to leave. The therapist Laura was very sweet. My daughter and I were both instantly comfortable. It was a great experience

We love our speech therapists. Stephanie is not longer there but so so wonderful and Hiba is just outstanding They are both so kind and patient with my autistic children

My son has been receiving therapy with Seven Bridges therapy for the past 1.5 years. We are glad we were referred here because the speech pathologists and therapists caught a disorder that was not diagnosed by our health care plan. Since then my son has been making great progress in his speech. He has come to love working with his therapists Brennah and Bri and they have both been very timely and professional. We have also been able to work with Shannon Kong who has attended school meetings with us and has shared great feedback about how he can be successful in the classroom.Overall we are very happy with theses services and glad these therapists are helping with our son

Our son has been attending Seven Bridges for a few months. We are very impressed with all the staff especially the wonderful speech therapists. They are easy to get in touch with and very understanding. They have been especially helpful throughout the pandemic and were able to switch easily between in-person and virtual classes whenever necessary. Our son loves going to therapy and the therapists are all very creative knowledgeable and professional. Our son has learned a lot so far and enjoys every session. We highly recommend Seven Bridges.

My Autistic son who has been in need of an Immediate speech Therapy was refered to Seven Bridges Therapy which were very Unrealible and most personnel were Irrepsponsible after calling them numeous times and leaving voicemail messages due to not receiving any responses I had to contact my Health Care Provider to notify them. then within less than 30 minthes I received a call from the Receptionist by the name of Cita and she finally put me intouch with the Shannon Kong MS CCCSpeech-Language Pathologist she made an appointment for two weeks later 10262020 in San Francisco which is about 40 Mintues Traveling time from whers we live. after going through and completing their Intake process and form was notified that my Son Health plan was not approved. and I needed to contact ny health Care Provider and when contacted my Health Care Proiver they said that my Sons Plan has been approved for the Speach Therapy only need a code to be associated with it.I had been prepared from the prior week and took off from my from because Shannon has given me a middy appiontment 130 PM I am very disappointed with thier disservices carelessly and incompetence. I am sure I am not the First one who has been threated like this.I wouldnt recommend Seven Bridges Therapy and Would look for an alternative whos their associates are more Helpful dependable and Sincere.
