The team and staff at Select Physical Therapy in North Lakewood are amazing.These folks are all upbeat friendly and such an asset to our community.Anyone ever needing physical therapy should see these folks.Parker and the other gals who work beside her are so attentive and kind.I love going to see them and I will use the exercises they show me for the rest of my life. I saw Dr.Steph for Pelvic Floor work and give 5 stars for professionalism kindness giving lots of time for me to understand whats happening giving productive exercises answering all my questions and I especially appreciate that all the people there are trauma informed making the entire experience feel normal easy and helping break stereotypes that make it difficult for women to seek help. If I could see Dr.Steph for all my clinical needs Id gladly choose her because her bedside manner is that good

I had a terrific PT experience working with Steph and Michelle at the Select PT North Lakewood West location. They were both welcoming and really helpful in helping me recover from an injury they listened to my concerns and feedback and came up with a plan that really helped me. I also liked working with the front office staff and the Select PT app. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I have been seeing Steph for pelvic floor therapy for only a month and I am already seeing improvement. She is knowledgable and professional and explains exercises thoroughly always making sure I understand how to do my exercises at home. Select Physical Therapy in Lakewood at 255 Union Blvd has gone above and beyond to help their clients feel comfortable. They are knowledgeable and professional and work very hard to help their clients meet their goals. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a physical therapist. I am especially grateful to Steph Ohalek for her attention to detail extensive knowledge base and easygoing nature who has made me feel comfortable and capable of making positive changes with my body and how it works and feels.

Parker is awesome She really makes the effort to get to the core of the issues that are bugging you and she does a great job pinpointing problem areas. Its a bonus that shes really cool as well and is really passionate about her field of expertise. She knows her stuff and will get you straightened out.

I have been rehabing from shoulder surgery at Select Physical Therapy. Both Stephanie Parker and Clarissa are terrific. Both extremely professional and explain not only how but why we are doing each exercise. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing PT.
