Select Physical Therapy - Denver/Cherry Creek

Ondre is a terrific PT who takes the time to explain why certain exercises are appropriate for my multiple arthritic conditions. He is encouraging and kind as well as fun and educational to work with. He pushes me when I need it and advises me when I need to back off.

First Ill start with saying Ondre is hands down the best physical therapist ever if I could give him infinite starts I would.I am an athlete performer show producer pole dance and dance instructor here in Denver - with that being said pole dancing aerial dance and training Is literally my life.After a freak accident I had to have a shoulder surgery which was devastating since my whole life had to get taken away I started physical therapy here as soon as I could being walking distance from me.At first I felt so hopeless under a different physical therapist which we shall NOT be going into BUT then I got switched to Ondre and my tragica simpson tears had stopped and healing progression started amplifyingWords cannot express my gratitude for Ondre He actually LISTENED and payed attention to what kind of movements I frequently use and built exercises to help me get back the strength that I need to get back to my sports This is SO IMPORTANT FOR ATHLETES since we tend to use not so everyday movementsOndre literally deserves a Nobel peace prize for being so skilled within his work as well as having to deal with me. He is transparent he can think outside of box into depths that are effectiveI have officially graduated but I will actually miss this place and that is something I never thought Id say hahaThank you so much for making my journey of healing amazing and effective It feels so good to be back to doing the things that bring pure happiness to my soul Thank you thank you thank you

My experience at this Select Physical Therapy clinic was unmatched. All of the staff is friendly accommodating and make your whole experience a positive one. I cannot recommend Paula enough. I worked with her for 6 months and she truly made my time there valuable. I feel better than ever with her help and she will be my first call if I need a PT again in the future

The physical therapists are good here - generally I feel like they helped my recovery and progress. Im not happy with the billing though. I was told my insurance covered me fully but I was only partially covered. I also received a bill about six months after I stopped therapy here.

My experience here was incredible. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. Ondre and the student working underneath him Jamie were so attentive and always ready with a plan to help me improve and progress. I was suffering from daily knee pain but within my first visit they had identified what was causing it and created a plan that led to less pain within days. There were able to balance getting to know me as a person while addressing my rehab rather than just seeing me as a body part to fix. I would highly recommend Select Physical Therapy

I was suffering with lower back pain and after one visit i felt 10x better. He showed me some great exercises and worked his magic.

My primary physical therapist Paige Schreiber demonstrated unparalleled care and proficiency in treating my torn ACL and Meniscus playing a significant role in my swift recovery.In addition to Paige I was privileged to receive treatment from Paula Foglia another stalwart in the field. Paulas unique ability to infuse joviality into each session while simultaneously providing expert care made a world of difference. Her commitment extended beyond the confines of business hours with prompt feedback reflecting her dedication to patient care.

I cant say enough about Select Physical Therapy Cherry Creek. Everyone from the receptionists to the rest of the staff were very cordial yet professional. MY P. Therapist Ondre Smith has been so supportive and helpful. Even though I felt some of my questions were trivial Odre was so patient and really informative in responding to my questions. I feel very fortunate to have these people guiding my rehabilitation. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy.

Ondre and Rowan are amazing attentive and caring therapists. They take time to listen and modify treatment depending on whats going on for me. The staff is professional and fun. Ive had great results under their care.

Where to start The beginningCool.So when I was 12 I was diagnosed with moderate scoliosis. Doc told my guardian to deal with it ASAP to save me from a life of physical pain and torment as the curves would likely progress perhaps hyperbole but it shall suffice for the purpose of this Google review.Needless to say they didnt do anything about it and as I made my way into adulthood I found myself coming to terms with a back that was pretty out of whack I rhyme so as to remove myself from the emotional turmoil.I saw countless doctors throughout my 20s and they essentially told me I missed the window to fix my scoliosis and Id have to accept a life with physical limitations and persistent pain.Neat.Thankfully I found a doctor who believed there was more I could do to manage the physical pain of scoliosis. They recommended PT and sent me a referral to this fabulous clinic.Im going to bare it all and say that I was actively avoiding PT due to C-PTSD and severe anxiety specifically in the realm of physical touch. In the past it was too much to even see a doctor for X-rays. I had managed to go to a few PT appointments at a sketchy clinic a few years ago but the physical discomfort I felt and the money they practically stole wasnt worth additional therapy appointments. This is all to say that if you have similar worriesfearshesitationsconcerns as I did this is officePhysical Therapist is for you.The moment I met Rowan I knew I was in good hands and I was finally able to relax. Rowan is a fantastic human being both in the world of medicine and well life and I genuinely look forward to every single one of our sessions. The small talk is rewarding I always laugh at least once and I feel like Im making great progress both physically and mentally. A true relief for someone who has spent the better part of a decade trying to find somewhere safe to land.The amount of progress Ive seen when it comes to pain and physical discomfort is incredible Ive only had 6ish sessions and Ive experienced more relief than I ever thought possible. I genuinely look forward to every appointment which is pretty spooky and wonderful.TLDR Rowan is a gem. The front desk staff are always kind and friendly.
