The staff goes out of their way to ensure you understand the direction your PT is taking you so that you will get the best results. This professional approach along with access to easy understandable exercises in both print and video make it clear if you do the work the final results will improve your daily health. After three shots in my lower back for pain I committed to PT and a series of exercises every day which kept me pain free and able to enjoy life uninterrupted for over two years 2021 - 2023. Pain came back three more shots in the back time to give PT another go.

My experience here at Select Physical Therapy could not have been better than it was. I run division 1 track and I have had several injuries over the past few years including a recent stress injury in my shin and a calf strain. I worked with Erin D over the past few months and I have made a complete recovery. I seriously could not have asked for someone better than Erin. She was so dedicated to helping me get back into running it made me not think about what I couldnt do but instead think about how I can be better. Erin would print out several articles on subjects that would help me with various weaknesses. She also directed me to websites and social media that would be beneficial to helping me maintain strength after I left. Erin even printed out a colored coded system of exercises for when Im back with the team. I am so thankful that she was in this stage of my life to help me because she helped me resurrect my running career. When I graduated from physical therapy I was sad to leave because it was enjoyable learning from her. From discussing recovery watches to examining shoes that would be better fit for my flat arches she has gone out of her way to get me where I am today. I will 100 name drop her after I get some good races in because it is because of her that I will get to be the best runner I can be.

Erin and Becky ate incredible. They both made my shoulder rehab an excellent experience and now my shoulder is stronger than it has been on 30 yearsMy wife ended up falling down the stairs helping me carry something and she ended up having to go to PT as well and had a great time at Select we called it date night at PT.Their lessons and exercises have made a world of difference

Liz Prager at Select Physical Therapy in Charlton really helped me overcome the stiffness in my neck due to arthritis. She worked me hard and gave me homework but it was well worth it. In six weeks I have much less pain and better range of motion and I know what I have to do to keep it that way. Liz is cheerful and friendly and has a good sense of humor.
