Seeds of Awareness

I have been with Seeds of Awareness for over 6 years and I am inspired by the effectiveness and competency of our clinicians and the strength of our community. The Holistic Counseling Center is a wonderful place to receive effective and affordable therapy.

Seeds has been an amazing organization that has been developing some really innovative and essential ways in working with young people the community and school systems.Ive witnessed an intentional organic growth as a community-based org and also training site for new clinicians. The counseling and training services all center around a mindfulness-based approach to change and growth through development of awareness.The many schools and families Seeds counselors work with have continually reported how happy and impressed they are with the level of services.As someone who has worked with many different agencies I feel really confident that Seeds is doing amazing work in a way that is groundbreaking and really necessary.

i have worked at Seeds of Awareness Inc. since before it was incorporated. i love the mission and values of the organization the wisdom and experience of the Board of Directors the dedication and humanity of the staff team the commitment and professionalism of all counselors and the necessary and valuable work this organization does. i feel lucky to be working there and happy to recommend this organization to any person family organization or community seeking mindfulness-based care and support for people of all ages and walks of life.

Seeds of Awareness is a young and exciting non-profit offering therapeutic services to communities throughout the Bay Area. As an employee Ive been able to hone my clinical skills working with children and adults out in nature and in the therapy office. Ive also had room to grow professionally taking on an administrative role where I collaborate with a team of passionate forward-thinking professionals.
