Beaming Review

This place only care if they can make money off you policies are created just for this and state its the best need off the oppressed. They dont care at all about the best needs of their patients. They specialize in making money off oppressed. The only people who claim that this place is helpful are the ones who are complacient and convienient have been stuck in that system for years with no empowerment. if you advocate for yourself your blamed shamed and diagnosed with a personality disorder . Very little customers know how to file grievances unless they self educated. if they dont gainthey ignore. They only see you as how can line their own pockets. Good luck being empowered here to do anything yourself and actually get better.

Therapist and doctors come and go. Ive had to start all over twice. And now a third time since my initial review.yet again Im just happy since Dr.Breitholtz left. A 15 minute check in by phone once every 3 months is more than i need. I need different meds orand a new doctor but theres only 1 other dr.kates who sucks. Good luck finding a doctor for meds plus a therapist all in one person.

My experiences at Seacoast mental health from the start has been excellent my transition process was very easy going and all my needs were met. I have been going here for a few months and I highly recommend this place for people who are asking to receive these services and of course pass their intake and have the right insurances I believe they can help in ones constant recovery process. I am giving Seacoast Mental Health five stars because I trust them. with my Mental Health issues concerns and needs. Been going here for sometime and I have been well cared for within my personal treatment plan. I highly recommend both Seacoast mental health locations go to their website and find out how they can help you. Update consistently they are very helpful reliable people I am very grateful and impressed with their services they have made my transition from N.Y. a very happy and smooth one.

The only way to get to a therapist even if you already were seeing one and took a break and want to restart is to go through their INSANE intake process. The intake appointments cannot be scheduled ahead of time only the day of. So they tell you to start calling at 8am and once you get someone they will schedule you. We called at 759. When they answered at 804 all the appointments that day were already scheduled and we were told to try again next week.

This place truly doesnt care always what they want never what the patient wants. There always late to call or even no show for appointments then when I go to call them im always sent to voice mail and never get answered back until hours or days later.

I was a patient here for over 10 years. This organization is one of the best and genuinely employs people who want the best for other people. A large number of the staff has been working there 10 plus years my entire time going there and I will truly miss the amount of empathy and love that runs through those kind peoples hearts. Dr. James Kates M.D. is by far the best doctor I have ever had and I have had some great doctors growing up in New Hampshire. Saved my life.

I am a 35 year-old woman and have been going here off and on since I was 12 or 13 years old so its safe to say that I know Seacoast mental health rather well... Im not sure why everybody is complaining about the staff there because they are only human and is normal to run into some people that youre going to like some people that you will love its Human Nature Stop complaining and be grateful for the help that they they do provide I love Seacoast mental health Ive suggested it to my husband and my daughter has been there now as well. Believe me IF it was a horrible place I wouldnt suggest that my entire family go there... they have help me through many many things in my life and help my daughter as well. Thank you Seacoast mental health you have been a blessing in my life

With the scarce mental health resources available in the state of NH this practice has been an oasis in the desert. Thank you to all from the Front Desk staff to the Billing staff and everyone in between providers we have had contact with have been wonderful for being so kind and nurturing. Your work is important

This place is truly run like a business not a caring mental health center. Beware They are unsympathetic and are only out for a buck. It may take you awhile to catch on to my opinion but soon youll see what a racket it is.
