Introduction

Hi! My name is Sarah, and I am a speech-language pathologist who treats patients across the lifespan. I take a client-led, holistic approach to speech therapy. It is important to me to use evidence-based treatments, while making sessions productive and fulfilling for my clients. I enjoy establishing rapport and building relationships, which in turn makes our sessions both fun while being serious about reaching goals.

I'd describe myself as approachable, compassionate and dedicated. I use a person-centered approach to my therapy, and am dedicated to using evidence-based practices in my sessions. I enjoy continually doing research to ensure I am providing the most effective therapy, but understand that each person is different and brings unique experiences to our sessions.

Who are you best positioned to serve?

I am best positioned to serve clients of all ages, who need assistance with communication, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic disorders. I take a neuroaffirming approach to those who are neurodivergent, and I also provide gender affirming voice care to trans individuals. I enjoy everything from helping a young child master their sounds to helping someone recover their words after a stroke.
