Our first time here after having a bad experience at a different office. We absolutely love our new Dentist office and Dr. Cortez The fact that they truly understand how toddlers are and how to make them feel comfortable is amazing. They had a toy room and we were able to bring that into the chair so my son can be happy. I am already content by just 1 visit. We cant wait to come back He actually cried leaving the office.

The staff have been nothing but friendly and kid. Specifically our dental hygienist who was so informative with my 10 year old on proper brushing and showed him how to floss. The best part was giving him a mirror to show him all that she was doing to educate him on how to keep his teeth clean and healthy. I was a patient here as a kid and always remembered having a pleasant experience. So glad he can too.

Beware of this office they are deceiving. They prescribe and want you to purchase a toothpaste in their office for double the price. I did not know until after I purchased the toothpaste that they were ripping me off. They want you to pay for expensive Silver Diamine procedures out of pocket that do not work. The quotes that they give you are inaccurate they do not contact your insurance to get an accurate quote and so you will be charged a lot more than what they will quote you. According to Nancy who is the Financial Coordinator its not their job to contact the dental insurance to give you an accurate quote. Nancy is very rude and dismissive. Dr Gloria appears to be nice and perky but she is not. They are not gentle when doing procedures.

We love going to Dr. Cortez. His staff is always courteous and makes my children feel at ease. He and his staff always explain whats going on with my childrens teeth and give us options on how to proceed. Thank you very much for the excellent dental care

The staff is always welcoming and will happily answer any questions or concerns. My grandsons have been patients since they were young children and they love their dentist Give them a call you wont be disappointed

Im saddened to express my disappointment in my recent experience. In the past my child has been well received especially when she was in pain. Now with a current issue with her braces causing pain I found it overly difficult to get her in. Even while in PAIN The staff used to work with us to get in quickly but this time it wasnt the case. Im extremely dissatisfied and wish we could go else where but obviously stuck with braces being from here. Sad to leave this bad review. Rebecca at the front desk was extremely contentious showed no empathy and no cooperation.

My daughter just had her braces removed yesterday and she and I both are over the moon. It turned out better than she imagined and she loves her smile. My girl is smiling again like she used to when she was younger. Her teeth her such a hindrance to her self esteem. But she is so excited to have her smile and teeth straight. The self conscious habit to hide cover or simply not express herself is disappearing. Thank you to the staff and orthodontist for your remarkable work.Sincerely Natalie

As always Dr. Cortez and his entire staff are very professional and accommodating. Our son has never been afraid of returning for his check ups and its going on 7 years now. We highly recommend Pediatric Dental Specialists
