My sons DentistDoctor is very good. I put 2 stars because the hygienist and the front desk people are so rude and racist. I remember my sons first time in this clinic. My son is crying ans scared the hygienist is ignoring his cry and doesnt know how to calm him down. She left us in the room and said she cant do it if he will not stop crying. She didnt even tell us to come back next time to clean it. I think she is acting like that because I told them that Im scared of IV sedation for my son. Also the front desk when I didnt sign the dental procedure with IV sedation coz Im still deciding that time they are so rude talking to us and they are rushing me. They even pushing me to a schedule that Im not available. I decided to leave this clinic and go to other clinic because I dont trust them anymore. They should be more friendly and know how to calm down kids because its Children Dentistry. My son was traumatized and he doesnt want to go back. When we went to the other clinic he is so calm did the full xray and open his mouth to his new hygienist and dentist.

As a former dental assistant I was looking for a place that had the standards of a caring knowledgeable and friendly staff. The first time I took my children here the experience was great I didnt feel like i was being taking advantage of like other dental facilities. I love the staff they are super friendly and kind to my children. The Dentist are very profesional I can tell that they enjoy caring for the little ones. I definitely recommend them.

We love our Dentist Dr. Hope and her professional staff. They always take great care of my children when they have dental services done at their facility. Everyone is patient and even the most challenging cleanings are made more manageable for the whole family. Im so grateful for all that they do.

My daughter was so afraid of visiting the dentist again. And Dr. Hoop and her nurse made it so comfortable for my little girl so now shes not afraid of visiting the dentist again. Theyre awesome. I highly recommending them.

Very friendly front office and Dr. Hope was amazing. We only went for some x rays but I would definitely come here again for my kids.

Me and mY son Love this place.. he always leaves happy I wish I can remember the dental assistant name that clean my sons teeth today so i can give her a 10... She is Hispanic she was super nice and sweet with my boy.. love her.

I was extremely disappointed about this place I had heard great things from here but were too booked to schedule my child for an emergency appointment concerning his tooth ache. Staff refused to make ANY sort of appointment arrangements.I even asked if anyone would cancel their appointment they could give me a call to try and schedule us in and staff refused said they were booked. Worse customer service. Look elsewhere for dental care

Dr. Hope is amazing. I genuinely love her care for kiddos and how she explains everything. The reason that I am looking for another childrens dentistry is the rest of the staff. Most are kind but out of the last 3 years we have been here the receptionists and most of the hygienists are extremely condescending and rude to parents.Also the fact you cannot sit with your child during treatments if you have other children is a huge red flag

We love Santee Childrens Dentistry Dr. Hope was so patient with my son when he was getting cavities filled. She talked him through everything she did and made him feel so at ease. And the nurses were so kind and patient too. SO happy we chose SCD

I love them From the front office to the hygienists to the doctors everyone has been wonderful. My daughter is almost 3 and has been a couple of times now. Each time the staff is amazing with her making her feel comfortable and at ease with the cleaning process. I also appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in the front office. They are always so kind when I call with a question or to make an appointment. Thank you to all for being so wonderful
