High turnaround rate for their employees since 2019 Front desk hygienists and support staff as Ive gone through at least 5 hygienists there now. At my cleaning the other day the hygienist couldnt even communicate in English with me that I could understand then they forgot about me for 10-15 minutes in the exam room until I had to flag down their attention. Theyve gone downhill a lot in customer service in since 2020. The dentist doctors and previous front desk are great but sadly Im going elsewhere after going here for 12 years due to the poor updated support staff high employee turnaround and poor customer service.

I would recommend this dental office to family and friends. In my first visit I was able to meet Dr. Mora and her staff. Everyone was helpful and ensured my questions were answered. I experienced the same level of attentiveness in my second visit. I was getting two fillings and I appreciated the staff getting me to relax during the injections to numb the area as well as checking on how I was doing during the procedure. The normal stuff like scheduling and getting reminded of appointment went well without any issues. Thank you. Keep up the great customer service

Easily the smoothest experience Ive had at a dentist since I came to this country 20 years ago. My first experience with them was no simple cleaning either it was coordinating an emergency root canal handled by a separate DDS and subsequent crown handled by Sand Canyon after my tooth exploded not literally but it felt like itTotal pros great staff I think Ive found my Forever Dentist. I came for emergency dentist services for a very bad infections. All the staff members was very welcoming professional and non judgmental. Very supportive. The dental office is very clean. They acted very quickly since I was in pain badly. The doctor that saw me very responsive and respectful. Thank you San Canyon Dental for having me in your office.

Sand Canyon Dental is the absolute best dentist around. Ive gone here for over 12 years I recently moved to Santa Monica but I still drive down to go here. The staff is amazing and they remember each patient. They are so flexible with scheduling and they always try their best to accommodate your schedule. The staff was warm friendly and very professional at the same time. Dr. Samonte and Gabby explained to me every detail of what the x Ray impression and results were. It was actually my first ever to experience that kind of well explained detail. Looking forward to be our family dentist.
