Saltzer Health - South Nampa Medical Offices & Urgent Care

My kids all have strep they refused to give my 1 year old antibiotics said you dont do that. A simple Google search says thats not true. This place is a joke if there was someplace close different I would never go to here. My daughter landed in the hospital because I asked them for a test and they refused days later she was admitted into the hospital couldnt breath she was so sick she couldnt get out of bed. I highly dont recommend make a further driveEdit to add as soon as my pediatrician was opened they saw my baby and gave him antibiotics

Having been ill over the Christmas holiday I was anxious to get an appointment with Dr. Dee to see what my problems were. Jen was great at squeezing me into their busy schedule. I never get sick so I was surprised to find out it was an infection. Dr. Dee was great with my treatment and after a very short period of time Im feeling so much better Thank you Dr. Dee and Jen

Very clean and inviting everyone that helped us were very kind and caring. And Dr.Parker was attentive to my Mothers needs and her wishes on how she would like to handle her cares. Thank you so much for a great experience.

I have been to this clinic several times and theyve been awesome The wait was short and the staff is friendly and sweet with the kids. I was there with my kids this morning and Rob and Kelsey were amazing with them I definitely prefer here to the other instacares in the area.

All receptionists assistants and office personnel made my visit a surprising pleasure. Appointment was on time and greatly appreciated. P.A. Trent Hart was thorough knowledgeable and professional. Two Thumbs Up

The people at Saltzer are generally nice and helpful but two things have recently frustrated me. First they use a system that treats its customers like numbers not persons. Every formal document refers to me as H which is not my name nor is it the first letter of the name I use. Has technology not evolved enough that my preferred name cannot be used Second after fasting 14 hours for lab work I called ahead to ask What time does your lab close After being told 500pm I repeated this back to the operator and she agreed. I later drove several miles and arrived at the Labs desk at 424 only to be told the Lab closes at 420. A professional organization should always be able to give its customers correct information about their times of operation

Today I brought my one year old in for the first time. I was attempting to transfer care to Dr. Micheal Aldous . The second he walked in the room for our wellness visit he wanted to inform me he refuses to see children where their parents refuse to vaccinate them. I did inform him I am actually just delaying the vaccine schedule.He was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.Nobody from this doctors office tried to contact me regarding this doctor refusing to see my child because he believes I should vaccinate my child on the traditional schedule and I have firmly decided to wait until she is between 2-3 years old. He told me it seems more like Im not vaccinating her.I wouldnt have even been upset if i was informed of this right from the minute I scheduled my daughters appointment. I would have gladly went somewhere else or with another doctor at the office that doesnt let his belief system get in the way of caring for a child.We dodged a bullet because who knows what kind of person he really is to judge me for how I care for my child.I hope he never treats another family like he did mine.

Lauren Parker was so kind genuine I felt like she listened and was not in a big hurry. The receptionists at the front however were not friendly nor professional. They chomped on their food candy the entire time I was checking in. Not a smile from any of them. Im thankful I was able to get in to see Lauren. She was great

I appreciate this Saltzer Clinic. Weve visited off and on for years and Im always happy with the experience. Ive setup Jennifer King as my new primary doctor and was pleased with my initial visit with her. It seems we have a very similar approach to healthcare.

The receptionist greeted me and was very courteous. I couldnt be more impressed with Lauren Parker NP So glad I chose her from the line up as my primary care NP . She was very personable and thorough had read all my medical records that were sent which was impressive and was not short on time so that we could discuss anything everything that pertains to my medical history needs moving forward.Looking forward to being a patient under her care at Saltzer Health
