Saltzer Health - North Nampa Medical Offices & Urgent Care

Debra with patient access for family practice and obgyn check in is the most unfriendly person I have ever met at an office. The drs are great wait is min but when you want to check in and pay a balance due shes beyond unfriendly and makes you feel as if your a burden and forced her away from her phone.

Normally when Ive come here I have been really happy. This time I felt like the nurse was unfriendly and kind of rough. I also felt like the P.A. kind of blew me off when I expressed concerns for my kids. He wasnt friendly or concerned. Sadly I walked away feeling disappointed in my kids treatment.

The RN on shift this morning I believe named Pat was truly amazing. I dont usually write a review but she went above and beyond to take care of me in a very very uncomfortable situation. Saltzer is lucky to have such an attentive professional nurse. Ive also always had pleasant experiences with the PAs and other nurses on staff at this clinic. Todays experience I felt needed to be noted thank you

All the nurses and Doctors have been such a blessing. They have helped me and my Son with sinus infections and my Son a baby boy with ear infections. So compassionate and caring and really want their patients to get well and sympathize. God Bless all of you and your team

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk She heard my little girls voice asking for a kids face mask and called her over to get her one from behind the desk. The wait was very minimal less than 10 minutes for sure until we were called back by the nurse. The nurse was sweet and my girls felt very comfortable with her. When the doctor came in she was all smiles and very friendly. The girls loved her little princess castle in the ear story and were excited they were deemed princesses. Doctor was able to confirm my concerns with my youngest daughter and relieved my concerns with my older daughter. She gave very helpful advice as well as double treats for the girls who were beyond thrilled Two lollipops and two stickers each Everyone there went above and beyond to create such a welcoming environment for the girls during this visit. Well definitely be sticking to Saltzers Urgent Care facility next to Costco and Saint Lukes Hospital.

Took my daughter in and all that happened was they checked her vitals and she was sent home. No concern over how much blood loss she was having. She ended up in the ER by the next morning having lost more than half her blood volume and needing 4 blood transfusion. My daughter almost died.

Please consider notifying patients when services change or cease to be offered its very sad to think you still advertise urgent care online and when people arrive for this service are let know it hasnt been there for almost 5 months. being such a large company youd think your websites would be updated .. thats horrible patient care.

Got right in. Maybe 5 minute wait is all. Nurse was excellent. Almost no wait for the Dr. Had my procedure very fast and was out the door in no time. Thank you for the great service.

Me and my son Blake had a very good experience at your facility. All of the staffdoctors and medical were very friendly and personable. Blakes doctor Denise was very knowledgeable and thorough. Blake especially enjoyed the experience....despite his arm injury. Top notch staff and care Thanks

Everyone was friendly from start to finish. They asked lots of questions which gave me the feeling they cared. Gave me an immediate referral to a specialist who could provide the help I really needed. Almost makes me want to be sick so I can go back again.I have never had a bad experience at your urgent care.
