Everyone at the clinic from NP Sara Wilson excellent Edgar the tech who took my information the x-ray technician and the receptionists were all friendly helpful and did their jobs and put me at ease.

Doctor Tina is so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I really enjoyed my first visit The staff was also very nice

Tina Bossolino was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and she was upfront and truthful. I am so grateful for her and her time.

My sister had an appointment at this location today 1011 with doctor Tina Bossolono-Williams. The appointment took an unpleasant turn when the receptionist was asked to discuss with my sister the price difference between them and Terry Reilly Health. My sister answered she was fine with the price but things didnt end there. The doctor took her in to do the same thing. She started discussing the prices instead of going over what she was there for. She ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Tina was wonderful and caring. She respected my choices about what I need and never once passed judgment I am sorry to say I have to amend my review. Tina got some information wrong. She said that there is no new Covid vaccination and there is no new Covid outbreak. She also told me that an A1C blood test is a fasting blood test. I have been getting those for years so I know differently. I appreciate the help I got for my service dog butI will go elsewhere for medical help.

This was the worst care I have received in a very long time. I went here to have a pretty bad gash on my leg taken care of. I was informed that they were no longer an urgent care so I said I was sorry I wasnt aware and turned to go. The receptionist told me that if I wanted she thought that she could get me in if I didnt mind waiting until someone was available. I told her that was fine and that I appreciated it. I wish I had left. I have a background in both the medical and veterinary fields so I know about wound care. The provider who saw me glanced at my injury had the M.A. clean dumped some saline on it it and wrap it with some basic ointment gauze and coban. She told me to go home and take the bandage off so it could scab over. I asked her if that was safe and she told me that is what needed to be done in a very short manner. Then she got up to leave so I said What about antibiotics I took the dirty piece of wood in to show them what had caused the injury...She again was very short with me and said I didnt need any. I asked if there was any way to get some topical lidocaine or something to put on it bc it was VERY painful. She said No. She did order a tetanus shot. I have a few autoimmune diseases and I made sure to make her aware of that bc I know it can make a difference in the treatment plan. Obviously not to her. I left thinking that everything about the visit was wrong but its been a bit since I was privy to new information so I figured that there was new stuff and I followed her orders. It was a big mistake and it became very infected. Now Im waiting to hear from the wound clinic for my appointment time to come in. I have received 2 very painful antibiotic injections in my rear. Had 2 separate antibiotic Rxs X-rays and blood work. I am beyond unhappy with the care I received that day.

I was happy to meet Sara and felt better after talking with her. Edgar was a hoot and so much fun to joke with. I love them all at Saltzer Joy Desaro

I was treated with respect. I felt as they all cared and Kar listened to me. Her nurse Kelsey was so nice and Greg from X-Ray were all considered about my wellnwss visit. I will recommend Kari and happy to found my next medical office to use.Rachel the receptionist was helpful as well.

Tina Bossolono-Williams FNPC extremely knowledgeable and informative exudes true caring during my PCP appointment. Staff inviting exhibits teamwork when checking me in for my appointment. Front lobby comfortable bright high ceilings has various types of sitting areas including table-chairs lounge type chairs privacy section for children.
