This is the most inhumane companies in Ventura County.The employees are allowed to smoke and sleep in front of individuals who have disabilities. Shame on you

I witnessed staff indoors with the physically disabled participants.I have heard of staff DRINK with participants.2023Elisha Templin is still employed with SAGE. working with participants who suffer from substance abuseAlmost 5 participants died from failure of medical care terrible scheduling.Unfortunately SAGEs ignorance just continues grow. Just like the MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in their pockets.Do better.It has been an endless downhill.I have never experienced such a toxic environment...

So sad to know that this service has hired abusive people who take advantage of patients and only see them as paychecks and shame on the staff they are heartless as there workers.. sage needs to be shut down....

SAGE Services staff are required to listen to people with learning disabilities and always be patient with them.

Sage has been Horrible since the new pres the workers had no knowledge of disabilities and were just babysitting plus never showed up for meetings or classes she had . Im appalled at the way Disabled Americans have been treated it will be reported .

Love working for the company and helped me find my career in which I love. Excellent company to work for.

They dont care about you. I would call a lot and one time when I really needed help they didnt care and they would constantly make mistakes on my appointments. They would purposely avoid my calls and get frustrated very easily.

My aunt was recently hospitalized with Covid she was recommended sage to care for her 40 year old son with cerebral palsy. He was taken there Monday November 30th 2020 and was brought back home Friday December 4th 2020 they brought him home almost DEAD he was not responsive or breathing we had to call 911. The hospital report said he has NO food or Liquids in his body he was not fed he had many bruises on his body and rashes on his genitals that were bleeding it seemed as he was sedated they deserve to rot in hell they deserve to be shut down for good this is imhumane and they should all rot in hell.they took advantage of a disabled person this breaks my heart .

Ive had two disabled people walk up my street picking through the recycling. This is illegal in Ventura. Not to mention a bad look for the community to have our handicap digging through trash. I saw the caretaker following the disabledautistic person in her car. I confronted her and she said the organization she was apart of was called SAGE. Would you want your disabled relative breaking the law and digging through trash Smh. Lets get more creative than that

Sadly they have gone downhill fast Most of the employees that were any good there have left and it is mostly because of Samantha Lockwood She has no people skills a phony is extremely rude demeaning Sadly she doesnt realize that nobody likes her and sees through how phony she is which creates an awkward work environment. SAGE is terribly understaffed especially in the Conejo Valley and still will not stop accepting referrals. Samantha has way too much power and will run this agency into the ground. She makes changes that affect people with disabilities lives but doesnt think about how it will affect them but only her ego. Sadly when her idea fails which they always do she will pretend that it never happened and will make another change while participants are constantly bounced around from caseload to caseload.
