They were friendly since I walked in. Super helpful while I was trying to figure out my insurance. They worked with me and still got my daughter in. We love a clean dental office and that is here The staff addressed all my concerns and were very informative of all treatment recommendations. Definitely a great place you can trust your babies with.

This is our 3rd time visiting this office ans the staff are warm friendly and accommodating. I brought both of my boys and it was a disaster But the staff didnt make us feel bad and tried everything they could to make the trip as easy as possible. Yesica was outstanding She recapped everything for me and explained what was happening so I could understand but didnt talk down to me which i appreciate. Dr Mendoza was also very nice as were the reception staff. This is a great place to take your kidsThank you all at Childrens Primary

It was my daughters first time here. The staff are very attentive and polite. The dr was thorough in letting me know what she was seeing on the x-rays

Horrible Stay awayI went in here to the adult department which is upstairs and worked with the supervisor when he couldnt do anything right. He was asking me questions questions that he needed to be telling me the answers to. I waited over six months for a response from my insurance for work to be done on my mouth. The supervisor kept blaming it on the insurance and thats not even the case. The supervisor kept dropping the ball come to find out That they had closed that department or they no longer had a dental hygienist but I never received a call to let me know. I never got any clear information as to what was going on and staff was always afraid to answer any questions.

I LOVE THIS PLACE HIGHLY RECOMMEND I Been coming to dentist for about 5yrs now and they always do amazing job helping my 8 year old daughter to keep her calm. She is very scared of dentist and dont like coming. But they do such amazing job here to keep her calm n collective. Very good staff with the kids.The doctors do amazing job of being fast and professional. They are very flexible and available to work with ur time of availability.

Such horrible front desk service starting off with so call manager Salvador. He is nasty getting on patients face and calling us liar for a mistake that was done on there side. This is absolutely horrible service and he does not deserve to be working around patients with that nasty attitude of his. He needs management classes to learn how to speak to patients. As a healthcare worker we dont ever blame our patients and especially get in someones face. I do not recommend this place at all and will not be taking my children back here.

This office is amazing. I received more help. The staff was so nice and made my nephew so happy and he loves this place. Natalie even helped me get some medical information for me and it helped me out so much. Thank you staff at Childrens Primary Dental for your kindness and help.

Poor dental work . The crown that they put on my child fit so poorly . I am seeing that Decay has grown to every corner of the tooth now that this baby tooth fell out . The decay probably spread to the new tooth too .

If you are seeking exceptional Dental care then you should head to Childrens Primary Dental in San Marcos. The staff is helpful knowledgeable and best of all my daughter loves them. I have had a few dental emergencies and they get us in so quickly no matter what. Dr. Sarah Natalie and David always make my daughters day and not to mention they have a robot named Louie at the front desk. And she said she knows Wall-E does it get any better than that
