My son was dismissed after living here 13 years due to behavior concerns. He is heartbroken. This is supposed to be a farm for developmental disabilities. They did not in my opinion try everything to advocate for my son. Im devastated. I would give them NO STARS

Horrible experience. Felt my family was singled out. My son started in June and now is.middle August. He got to ride four times. Once they were video taping. Brandi gave my sons slot away to another rider. The week before she said show at your 1830 time but Joey might not be able to do the vodeo. A lot of on and off and other stuff. Back to it we placed in a room at 1815. When 1900.hours came I got my son and wife and.left. noone checked nor talked to us. I called the after hours number disconnected. I called safe haven main number. 101 and 102 directors have nothing to do with therapy. Now I pay out of pocket for this by the way. Brandi called belaming us saying she said she told us 1900 hours. This never happened. Next week we were told due to low manning they would be closed until further notice. The next week Brandi calls. Says my son has a later show.plus time cut. I ask why Brandi says she kept in the dark. Sue makes these decisions. I asked how Sue based her reasoning and knowing we drive over an hour away. Brandi says I do not know. Also she says I shouldnt call other parts of Safe Haven because they have nothing to do with her section. I asked for.Sues number. I talked to Sue over a week later after leaving a messagr. Sue states she is a board.member. Brandi does the.scheduling and all deciding decisions. Sur goes on to call my son John and he cries when riding. This is a mix up. I mention my son is Joey. Oh he throws his helmet alot. I stated he takes it off but as his sessions go on. He tales it off less and less. Sue says Brandi says different. I let Sue know we recorded his sessions to brag and have them. She claims miscommunication. I felt my son was singled out due to severeity and Brandi treated him.different as shown above. Horrible experience over all due to personnel. Also read glassdoor. One of their employees gives a two out of five. Claims poor management and volenteers do not.show... I can agree with that as well. Addition. Notice Safe Haven Farms took down their ratings on Facebook. Should be a red flag....
