The staff at Royalton Music was friendly and helpful. They were also patient as we took our time to select the correct clarinet and mouthpiece for my son. I love that we were able to try out an instrument and mouthpiece before making such a big purchase. They have also been helpful when it came to me and my coworker making purchases for our general music classrooms

Royalton Music Center has played a huge part in our familys music story. Through the years they have helped us with the purchase of trumpets guitars and a drum set. They always take extra time with you ensuring you have all the information you need and all of your questions answered. My biggest shout-out of all goes to percussion lesson instructor Frank S. Because of Franks skill and support my sons drumming and musical skills are thriving. For that we are so grateful.

I dont normally leave reviews but the staff at Royalton music were so amazing I had to recognize their service Scott was so helpful repairing my daughters violin string and educating us on instrument maintenance. Thank you

Our family has had the most wonderful experience with our daughters piano teacher at Royalton Music Center. Eric is incredibly positive and encouraging He is patient and calm and has built up the confidence of our 8 year old daughter who has anxiety. She is never scared to play a new piece or make a mistake in a lesson with Eric because he always stays positive and points out everything that she does well. Getting a spot for lessons with Eric is like winning the lottery for a confidence boost for your kid

Just a note to send along a huge THANK YOU Last Monday I came in with a broken spit valve spring on my trumpet. At first I was told there was a one month backup on repairs. Then a young man whom I assumed is a manager came over took a look at my horn and said he would take it back to your shop and see if the replacement spring could be done right then and there. Within five minutes he walked back out with my newly repaired trumpet and spit valve spring. I was absolutely amazed at your service. I play several gigs each week so getting my horn back instantly just made my day Ive come to your store many times and I always have a good experience and leave happy but this time was truly Over The Top Thanks again. You Guys Rock Dale Kirk

Why i havent written a review sooner i dont know. My family and i have done business with Royalton music for four generations now and has always been our go-to music store. Have i shopped elsewhere Only when i had to you will not find better customer service or knowledge of products anywhere other than Royalton Music Center.

My son likes the instructor. Employees are very attentive. Its very annoying sitting inside listening to everyone learn instruments though. Will be waiting in the car from now on though.

I cant say enough about what a GREAT experience I had at Royalton Music Center. The employees were top notch Every person myself and my 3 children spoke with were kind professional and extremely helpful. Their rental contract is so much better than anywhere else Ive gone 1st 3 months free ... only a 20 deposit for damages maybe Not sure... but what a great deal....And all payments after the 3 month trial goes towards owning the instrument. I walked out of the store with a baritone a ukulele and a tuner for my daughters cello. Each employee spoke with my children directly to explain something about their purchases and we left the store happy with our experience. Many thanks to your sales associates. The personal attention was much appreciated. I will highly recommend Royalton Music Center going forward. Great job
