My practice provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). You can think of CBT as a way to learn how to modify thought patterns and behavioral patterns in concert, and not isolating one or the other. This method is wonderful in that it enables me to help my patients in both understanding the challenges they face and fear and customizing therapy to their specific needs. Using CBT, I serve patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Learning differences, Anxiety and Depression, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) and others In addition to CBT, I provide comprehensive Psychological Testing , Parenting Skills Training, and Wilson Language Therapy.
