I went to Rolling Start Inc. yesterday for their awesome Resource Fair to get my second COVID-19 booster and I received so much more than a shot in my arm They are the nicest kindest and welcoming folks I have met. There were several booths set up with an abundance of items to give us. They were well organized and set up the booths behind the building which provided us with plenty of shade. They set up chairs for us to wait our turn and handed out nice cold bottles of water. Everyone working was eager to help us and they made it a very pleasant place to be. They gave us an emergency backpack that even included a solar power to harge our phones and tablets in a power outage or other emergency. And to top all of this goodness off they gave us a 50 Visa gift card and IEHP was there and gave members 50 WalMart gift cards too Non-members of IEHP got substantial gifts too. I am so glad I went there and hope to have further interactions with this impressive non profit who really cares about helping those of us living with challenging health and wellness issues. They are a truly accommodating company who cares Thank you so much Rolling Start for a wonderful experience above all of my expectations

It has been a nonstop nightmare dealing with these people. they might have good reviews in the past but lately they dont know how to do anything right. Theyve been putting me through loops for about 2 months and have got nowhere. Im just so frustrated annoyed and mad so I thought I would save you a lot of time and tell you to look for help somewhere else. They are not informative they are not helpful in anyway shape or form Well ive talked to a few competent people who know what theyre doing and hopefully they can fix their internal issues. Dont trust them with your time because they will waste it all on Bull

Do NOT come here. Go find help someplace else. The receptionist is super nice but the rest of the staff is rude and LAZY They do NOT care about people and will reschedule you multiple times due to personal reasons. This company is a joke and I hope whoever funds them sees this review. They need to audit this office TODAY If you need help do NOT wait on them... youll be wasting your time. They have waiting times of almost 2 months out and they dont think twice to reschedule you. This office does not prioritize helping people. They only care about themselves they dont practice confidentiality and the director has a foul mouth which is very unprofessional.

They have computer classes and help u to understand ur new phone. I also like it because I was able to donate used crutches.and walkers and canes. So that others who were in need could use.them

I feel so happy when I come to Rolling Start. They make me feel accepted and like part of the Rolling Start family. They have helped me learn all kinds of life skills and feel more confident about what I am capable of.

Rolling starts is for disabled or people that have learning disabilities and they help you with our paperwork or appointments or anything to keep a person and a place or get them a place or to find a job or an alarm information that you can utilize and as for disabled people my mom used to go there there and they really helped her so if you have anything that youre not understanding are you quite not sure then rolling start would be the place for you to go to and they will really help you out with anything that is necessary finding the resources for you or getting the information where you can look it up or find it or whatever I dont know but you do have internet if youre not computer savvy then Kim will be the right person to go to because shes the go to girl you have a wonderful day and thank you Kim for everything for my mommy and and for all the people that I work for bring them down here and you help them out thank you so much

As a disabled person I thought I would get more help but.... I didnt i went there expecting more but I was let down. The class was too long and extremely boring the Teacher or instructor what ever you want to call her was not prepared In order to get any assistance you have to make an appointment and come bavk to enroll in a program. I thought being disabled was enough.... Apparently not
