We love this office Such a comfortable safe environment for the little ones. My son is 3 almost 4 and has been to the dentist since he was a couple months old and even with trying to accustom him to the environment of a dental office since little he was still nervous. I decided to take him to Dr. Olivers office at the beginning of the year and in just three months my son went from not opening his mouth for the Dr to letting him use their tools in his mouth and brush his teeth

Our son is now 17 and has been going to Dr. Olivers offices for the past 15 years. I have always been so impressed with the level of caring and warmth displayed by each member of the staff. We have never experienced anything less than the highest level of competence at all stages of our visits. Both of their offices are decorated and maintained beautifully. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking the most positive dental experiences for their child.

Wonderful experience from the receptionists to hygienist Donna To Dr. Suzi with my 2-3year old 2 visits for both problem and routine visits. They heard my concerns immediately did an xray rather than just the scheduled cleaning and Dr Suzi explained his broken tooth in detail reassuring me as the parent tremendously. Donna changed toothbrushes and toothpaste flavors over and over again to appease his taste for the cleaning and Dr Suzi held her phone to help him watch paw patrol Highly recommend this team

Beautiful office for kids. Which is why my rating is so high. Otherwise it doesnt take our insurance is very expensive and did not have availability for months out. To even book an appointment they wanted 1k upfront for a deposit. If you have delta dental and are of middle class or below income this isnt the place for you. The office staff was generally kind and attentive the dentist seemed a little short and irritated. So that was uncomfortable. I thought this would be a good fit for my timid kid and had heard good things. Apparently if you kid is clingy and shy this is not a good fit and they seemed bothered by it.Update went to PDI instead they took our insurance bill was covered completely and they were able to accommodate my child immediately and they had any amazingly kind staff and did great work. My daughter has never been so calm at the dentist

WARNING to all parents of kids with anxiety about the dentist the staff at Dr. Olivers office is unequipped to handle kids with oral aversions extreme anxiety or sensory issues. I took my son for an appointment with Dr. Tasha Vo on 12623. Hes on the spectrum and has historically had issues with being uncooperative at the dentist. In the past we had to take him to UCSF as that was the only dentist we found that could work with him and get him to participate in an oral exam and dental cleaning. As this was unsustainable due to distance we wanted to find someone local. The experience with Dr. Vo was a disaster.I found Dr. Vo to be unprofessional in her techniques and the level of confidence she has in her work. She did not have a positive or cheery demeanor with my son. When he wouldnt follow her deadpan instructions Understandably. Hes 5. she didnt know what to do. She paced back and forth and said repetitively um oh um hmm... and left it up to me to steer the conversation. I had to ask what she wanted to do what her recommendation was for next steps and how they wanted to proceed with the exam. They grabbed the x-ray vest and threw it on top of him for 3 seconds to see if that would make him comply it didnt. They got a nose piece for laughing gas and put it on him to get him used to it. They first said that would need to be done at a future appointment but then came back and said well try it now and tried to hold him down to breathe through the thing. He screamed and cried. I told them to stop. I instructed several times that he needs to handle things in small chunks and was telling them to count to 10 with me while they looked in his mouth and neither Dr. Vo nor her dental assistant would do this. When they finally got into his mouth after I got my son to agree to open his mouth for 10 seconds I counted to 10 and they kept holding his mouth open by force and ignored me when I said lets take a break. This broke the trust with my son who flew off the handle and they were forced to release him.More umm...oohhhh...uhhh...hmmm from Dr. Vo before she said theyd have to have him come back and wrap him and restrain him in order to get anything done. At that point I removed my son from that environment.I made him an appointment the very next day with another office that specializes in kids with special needs. My son went in optimistic and had such a great experience that he asked when he could go back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM DR. OLIVERS OFFICE. Parents-there are better pediatric dentists who are trained properly to work with kids and not leave them scared of going to the dentist for the rest of their life. Dont settle for a place like this who believes the only way they can get kids to comply is through force. This is not the way it has to be.Oh and the office had the nerve to send me an invoice.

This place is amazing Everyone here is so kind and they clearly love children. I came from another pediatric office where they had bad bedside manner was impatient and unkind to my young daughter when she was having a hard time in the office. When my daughter is reluctant to do something theyre patient and try different things to make her feel safe.Dr. Tasha Vo is informative and wonderful So happy I made the switch to this place.

Our kids have been patients of Dr. Oliver for 10 years now and while Dr. Oliver is no longer practicing at the Windsor office the dentists that have been chosen to fill his space have all been wonderful The front office staff are friendly and always helpful. The hygienists are awesome with kids and seem to love their jobs and the dentists are the same patient thoughtful informative and caring. We also LOVE the small but impactful changes theyve made to becoming more green My girls loved the gardening seeds they received in their PAPER care bag Thank you for caring about my kids teeth AND our planet

Oh my goodness where to begin My children have been seeing Dr. Oliver and staff since they were 2 years old. My daughter is about to turn 18 if thats any indication of trust. My children like many others I suppose suffer from nervousness and anxiety when it comes to their teeth being cleaned by the dentist X-rays scraping and poking Dr. Oliver and his staff have always put my kiddos comfort above all else. He is so interactive with the kiddos. He makes sure the child understands whats going on inside their mouths before he goes in Never once have we had a bad experience. I give Dr. Oliver and staff 5 out of 5 stars without hesitation.
