Robert S Oliver, DDS - Sebastopol

My son has been a patient at Dr. Olivers since he was 5 and hes turning 16 soon. We have never had a negative experience We continue to stay as every staff member is friendly and informs us on how to improve our sons hygiene. I would recommend them. And they have several locations which has been helpful to have options for scheduling.

Wish I could give them 10 stars. We took our child to their first dentist appointment here and the entire staff could not have been more wonderful. Its weird to call a dentist visit heart warming but this really was. There is something special about this family office on this family property surrounded by beautiful gardens. We cant thank and recommend them enough.

Wonderful experience. First visit for both kids and all the staff were just perfect with them. Very accommodating and gentle.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Shailee and Dr. Oliver since they were toddlers. I know that the dentists and team always have my kids best interests and health in mind and help me make good decisions for their dental health. They are responsive and proactive. Dr. Shailee and Dr. Oliver work hard to make it as painless as possible. My kids are comfortable going to the dentist and feel at ease there- which is priceless.

I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Dr. Rob Oliver and Associates My two kids have been going here since their first check ups and we recommend them to everyone. They are kind compassionate and quick Both offices are kid friendly and welcoming to all. The staff is communicative and easy to work with

We had the BEST experience with Dr. Shailee and the rest of the staff at the Sebastopol location. The person who did my daughters was so so so sweet patient and calming. She put me and my daughter at ease. I myself am terrified of the dentist so Ive been putting off taking my daughter and I shouldnt have. It was so easy-peasy. The person doing the cleaning explained every single little step which made my daughter so comfortable. Shes actually looking FORWARD to her next visit Dr. Shailee was very thorough and I trust her treatment recommendations and I didnt feel like anything was unnecessary. She wanted to make sure my daughter would be as comfortable as possible for future visits. The woman at the front was very helpful with trying to get us in as soon as possible for further treatment and I really appreciate that. I cant say enough what a blessing it has been bringing my daughters here for the past handful of years Both offices are so clean and friendly. Sebastopol office is a special retreat though. The little garden is a mini escape. The lobby is serene The staff are so gentle and kindthey really take the time to explain treatment options I also appreciate all of the timely appointment reminders.

We love Dr. Olivers office A family-run practice with excellent and kind staff who take great care of our child. The building itself is very charming and whimsical in a cute country setting. We see Dr. Shailee Mashruwala and have taken him here since he was a toddler. She is great with children and very knowledgeable in her expertise. Overall it has been a wonderful introduction to the dentisthe is actually excited about going when his appointments roll around on the calendar.
