I received a recommendation from Pima Council on Aging to contact Amy Matheson an attorney at Fleming Curti. The issue was regarding Long Term Care InsurancePartnership agreements and Medicaid spend down with states. On Thursday I left a clear phone message indicating the issue and my return phone number. On Monday I received a call at work NOT the number I clearly left in the message from the legal assistant. I dont mind the few days it took to return my call and I dont mind talking to the legal assistant even at the wrong return number - I have a law degree in TN and I am well aware of how law firms work. But this legal assistant was short curt and wouldnt let me explain my situation until I had to interrupt her to ask if I could finish my thoughts. After finally being able to explain the situation she immediately said that theyve never heard of my issue before and gave me a phone number to someone in Tucson who might be able to help. Its fine if the firm doesnt think it can handle or want to handle my issue but Its odd that a law firm who advertises itself as concentrating on long term care Medicaid planning wouldnt have ever heard of my issue. Its also odd and disappointing that the PCOA recommended an attorney from this firm. I received two phone calls after the call from Fleming and Curti from other elder law attorneys in Tucson who were well aware of the issue I was encountering and were willing to help. As a potential client and someone who has a legal education and background I expected better conduct and professionalism.

Elizabeth Fleming is not honest with my dad. My dad tried to find out about his finance and make sure he know whereabouts for his money. Elizabeth always say NO to. my dad. My dad worked all his life. He deserved to be happy and do whatever he want with his money it is not Elizabeths money Elizabeth is not professional because she said that she hate me. I am here to protect my dads interest I even emailed to her and she never replied me. Please protect your elder parents1. Elder people do not deserve to die unhappy I still have not received the ledge from her yet. It has been 2 years now. She charged each email phone call and text. She is horrible person to charge everything from elder people. My dad is struggling to get money back. I am fighting till I die Elizabeth took half of my dads money. I am still asking for ledge so hope Elizabeth will face her karma and God will take care of her. Hope she will disbarred Her father own the office. He is old but honest. Elizabeth is the daughter and run the office and not honest. My dad knew his stock broker his stock broker knew her father. He was shocked that Elizabeth run dishonest office. Thats how she become rich by taking all elders money. Maybe she spent my dads money on her own personal things.

Went here to consider having my will prepared. Worked with Elizabeth Noble Rollings is very competent and listens well.

Fleming Curti PLC was very helpful as both legal counsel for our elderly Aunts Trust and as Health Care Power of Attorney. Both Legal Counsel and Case Workers were transparent and responsive to family inquiries.The case workers especially the primary case workers were caring and empathic towards our Aunt who was in a memory care unit. They were great advocates for our Aunt.

My mother is a client of Robert Fleming. As her daughter I have been extremely pleased with the work he and his staff has done to manage my mothers estate. Many many hours of diligent work has been done by him to make sure my mothers estate is legally sound. The staff has been so friendly and helpful most times I forget that I am working with and talking to lawyers. My mothers best interest is certainly the primary concern of this wonderful group of people. Thank you so much for all you have done. I would recommend you to my closest friends.

Did a terrible job with my late fathers estate planning. Wouldnt assist me trustee and executor when I needed guidance. They advised we go to probate court when we came across some issues but I found a legal way to avoid probate and salvage an otherwise nightmare estate plan. Susan legal assistant was fantastic and should run the place herself. However if you want to protect your familys assets do not use Tom Curti to do your estate planning. Im no lawyer yet he charged me 75 after I called him to let him know I had found a way to correct HIS mistake 15 minutes of his time. Overpriced and certainly not worth the money.
