I am a member and the YMCA has so much more to offer than LA Fitness or Planet Fitness I just want to highlight the terrible treatment and customer service I have received at this location from a few of the older ladies who sit at the check-in desk. First time I came to visit and asked about joining the woman immediately gave me papers to fill out without welcoming me or even asking if I wanted to tour the facility. Geoffrey picked up on what was going on was very warming and welcoming as he took us on a tour of the facility. After this encounter each time me and my wife have come to the facility we have not been greeted as everyone else is and the older ladies at the desk seemed to give us a hard time as we are just asking about the status of our account and signing in. Finally today after asking Geoffrey for help I found out they didnt even add my account so I could get my barcode to sign in just being lazy it took under 10 minutes for him to look me up make sure my payment information was correct and show me how to get my barcode on the app. Overall love the facility I would advise to just be aware of the lazy rude older ladies who work the front desk. This gym is overrun by high school kids. Although I do believe they have a right to work out they frequently occupy a piece of equipment for an inordinate amount of time often socializing with friends in between sets or on their PHONE. Sometimes there are 20-30 high school kids at once. One kid occupied a bench for a hour and was not nice when asked to share. I only come here because of proximity but I try to avoid this gym if I can.

We love the Y Everyone is so friendly and supportive I never feel intimidated when trying a new workout or class.

Friendly staff great facility however ever Tuesday and Thursday afternoon there are several teenagers grouping around and not actively working out. This causes a lot of issues with getting around the gym they are extremely loud every time and they sit at equipment for extend time standing around talking. This has been going on for 2 months now and have complained several time and it does not get fixed. Will not be working out here on Tuesdays and Thursdays afternoons.

This black bitch told me and my friend that we cant use free weights until we ARE 16 YEARS OLD but ive been using free weights for about a year.

Great place to make friends.Gym equipment is clean and newClasses are so good and instructors are willing to help where you struggle.Not overly crowed most of the time

Really nice welcoming staff they offer a lot of different classes different time to fit everybodys schedule when my daughter and I first joined the YMCA we had a coach by the name of Ms .Leslie and she was an awesome coach introduces to all the machines give us a tour and teaches us the proper way how to use every equipment she is an amazing coach. And Ms. Beth is an amazing person as well and she is also the coach for the class of water aerobics she has invited me to the water aerobics but I just havent been able to make it but she is a great coach as well she introduces to the equipment she was my daughters coach and she was an amazing person and every time we see her and Ms Leslie they are so welcoming and ask us how we been how were doing and its really great to have people like Ms Leslie and Ms .Beth working at a place like this where they could interact with the members. its an amazing experience here at the YMCA My daughter and I have been coming here and we have a great experience she also took swimming classes which she enjoyed very much I recommend everyone to come to the YMCA they got different classes for different levels and ages of people you can join any class any age they do not discriminate age or race or color its an awesome experience and a very good place to come to and meet different people and they also have events for teens and children and they also have a daycare

My home gym Facilities are always clean. Sometimes the gym is too crowded at times but otherwise its a great place to be never had a bad experience here. All the machines are working like they should and I enjoy the variety of fitness classes offered here

Very nice YMCA with helpful staff. I am visiting from out of town and they got me set up so I could easily check in. Plenty of equipment in the exercise room too.

Pool is never open anymore. Dont join for the indoor pool. A waste of your money. No reason to pay for something you cant use.
