Robert Ann Lurie Children's Hospital - Outpatient Center in Westchester

The nurse we saw was very nice. However the front desk staff were very unfriendly and seemed to genuinely not like their jobs. When I walked up to the desk they asked me who are you seeing I told them I was not sure because my daughter was just having a test done and not necessarily seeing anyone. She again asked me the same question. I heard her ask other people checking in the same thing and they also were unsure. Im unclear why they dont just ask for the patient name and then look up whowhat they are there for. Also my daughters test required her to sleep. However - there were little kids screaming in the hallway the entire time. I understand its a pediatric facility but if you are doing a test that requires a child to sleep you would think it would be done in a quieter area. In addition my child was required to keep her face mask on WHILE SLEEPING which is actually quite dangerous.

Wagner is one of the best Doctor Very child friendly My daughter love her we waiting appointments for half a year finally see her today she checked my daughter arm than told me the mole 100 fine to move such confidence and knowledgeable Wonderful news Ive been worry for long time Miss Ann is very Heart kind lady Im Asian and still need to improve my English she repeated several times and explained very well make sure I got it such patient and warm Im so grateful have such nice team

Drove 45 mins for my sons appointment which ended up being a waste of time. Dr. King came off very arrogant and seemed like he didnt care what I had to say about my sons health background. My son need a thumb splint and they could not accommodate us with one they only had the size small in office. That seems to be ridiculous if your a orthopedic office and specializes in children I would assume you would have different sizes available Instead we were told to go to Walgreens or CVS or order one on Amazon What kind of doctor would tell a patient that. will NEVER recommend this location or EVER go back.

Nearly impossible to make an appointment over the phone when the portal is frozen up Constantly bounced around and transferred because each department isnt the right department. Hold times exceeding 16 minutes time to find a new orthopedic cause this is madness

Staff are very polite the Dr and nurses are amazing they made sure my child was comfortable and relaxed. The facility is very clean and smells good. Thanks Laurie s Children for taking care of my child.

The staff here is wonderful. I was here 111423 in the morning and everyone from the front desk to the nursesdoctor were amazing with my child. There can be a lot of anxiety with some of these visits and the staff is very comforting.

As a disclosure I am not one to leave a review either positive or negative to majority of the places that I attendvisitinteract with. For Luries I will make an exception I called in to schedule an appointment on May 2nd to the pediatric surgery department for a consult and was informedconfirmed my appointment for the 18th of May. I requested time off of work to take my child and received a call on May 15th telling me that the appointment should be rescheduled with EMT and that the soonest appointment would be until August 20th. I have been on several different calls today and have been transferred over 10 different times only to hear that there is nothing that can be done and no accountability taken from anyone in Luries for scheduling my appointment incorrectly.I am surprised it took 3 days before my appointment to notify me on this. Highly unprofessionalI will be going back to my pediatrician and asking for a referral anywhere else that is not Luries.

We came here for an MRI at 710 a.m. We waited for a nurse until 8 and my daughter wasnt taken until 9. The nurses were friendly but were gossiping while me and my daughter were waiting like we werent there. The Dr. didnt want to sedate my daughter but the nurse clearly did and even tried asking my daughter what she thinks. Very unprofessional in my opinion shes 8 y.o. and doesnt know what the hell the nurse was even talking about. They did offer my daughter a coloring book along with a tablet for a whole 30 minutes before she was taken though. 2 stars because they ended up finishing without sedating her.

I enjoy bringing my 13 year old here for his orthopedic follow up appointments vs the Chicago location. There is significantly less traffic and plenty of...
