Danielle Hulsey is the worst. She stood my son up for his second appointment then called me a month later to reschedule. She blamed the receptionist but also said she forgot why she didnt call. I prepaid for the appointment that didnt happen and still get hassled for another payment. Do not trust your childrens emotional stability with this woman. Do not trust the entire group. They are unorganized rude and thoughtless. Your kids deserve better.

Im am very pleased about the professional level of care I have received as a patient and client. Their diagnosis medication prescribed and the personal time given to me have been 100 accurate in both the physician and counseling areas. Dr. Harmon and Harold Holcomb counselor have been an extremely positive life saver to me in all areas.6142017 I am now receiving even more in-depth care as my physician there has changed to Dr. Amy Perry who is very concerned for my physical and mental well-being at all times. All of her patients receive this same high level of truly professional care.

Rvbh is a joke. I had an appointment set up on the 22 of November through telehealth and no therapist called so I tried to call them at 2 which is three hours before they closed one to be on hold for over 20 minutes. I tried to call them again this morning after they opened at 9 only to be on hold for another to minutes. During that time the phone rang a couple times at different times only to go right back to the hold music proving that the are refusing to answer the phone. Im trying to get back on the medication and being that this is the only place that accepts my insurance and probably most likely other peoples insurance they are screwing people over on getting the help they need.

RCD is a joke. Little to no recovery involved. Pretty much a day care center for adults.

I sent my daughter here with hopes of getting her some help worst decision i have made regarding her mental health. As soon as she was admitted before any real therapy or ANYTHING had begun they had my daughter on TWO hard medications. ..one of which is known for its sedating effects. I was never informed about her being put on these until she had already been on them several days and even then i was told the wrong doses and wrong medications SEVERAL times. So on a monday they call me for the family meeting which consisted of stone cold silence on the phone..until they said your daughter was exhibiting behavoirs over the weekend. she was over heard talking about un aliving. So i figured she had at least a few more days treatment.. but NOPE.. she was pushed out the door the very next day. She was released to me very rudely by a nurse who made it quite clear it was not her problem if there was any after care set up..or if her medications would be available. the next few weeks i called the facility EVERY day asking to speak to a patient advocate I still havent gotten to and telling them how unstable she was.Ultimately the medications she was on drover her to a point that she had to be hospitalized again she is still in the hospital now and its been weeks ...she is showing extreme aggression which she has NEVER had a problem with and had nothing to do with her admittance ... the doctors are saying it is the medications she was put on. and that one of the meds should have never even been given to a child they wanted to keep her sedated so she wasnt an issue I may or may not ever get the child back i had before i took her to this facility.they dont care. period. they are gonna take your child hold them as long as insurance allows usually 11 days drug them as much as they can get away with and then push them out the door with no after care my daughter was never called for her therapy appts after she was released they were cancelled and we were never notified . this is just another money maker like addiction or anything else. please consider EVERY alternative before placing your kid in one of these places..especially this one.

I constantly got cancelled or had times that he didnt even remember who I was or why I was doing this. For 8 months I never really got any help. I had to keep reminding him who I was and why I was talking to him and why I needed help. It seemed like he was always typing something into a computer and didnt get my story straight and sometimes they even messed up me for someone else. I was more than once called by the wrong name when we did the visits over the phone. All of my information I had to give it every single time that I talked to them. After 8 months I would think that I wasnt just a number but a person and someone would know who I was and what I had been through but I was just a name and nobody could even remember who I was. So now I have a bill for 8 months of nothing that ever helped me.

The following review should have been posted to RiverValley Behavioral Healths psychiatric services not their childrens hospitalTHANKS The doctors nurses and therapists at RiverValley Behavioral Health and especially Dr. Vance saved my life.I had lost all hope of ever again living a happy productive life. I lacked enough motivation to get out of bed in the morning. I did not want to live. I was finished.Dr. Vance diagnosed my bipolar disorder and prescribed medication that has helped turn my life into one big rainbow. The last nine years of my life since I was treated in their Crisis Stabilization Unit have beenby farthe best years of my life. I am highly respected in a well-paying job I go on Christian medical missions every year to foreign countries I volunteer to help others in the community my marriage is solid and my life is funThe doctors at RiverValley Behavioral Health continue to periodically monitor my successful treatment. Again many thanks...Scott Zachary

Our child was released after 3 days he hadnt had a shower he hadnt changed clothes. When my wife called the nurse to check on him they didnt know where he was they put the wrong child on the phone then when he was released they released him to his father with out calling us and when my wife called to talk to him that night they told her he was no longer there and they couldnt give her any other information. He only had 1 short therapy session while he was there. They increased his current medication and sent him home. Terrible place TERRIBLE I would not put my dog in that place
