Dr. Vlad is an exceptional pediatrician who consistently provides top-notch care for my son. His professionalism and dedication in delivering care to my son are evident in every visit. He has been a wonderful resource of ours while my son was in hospital and in need of help. I really appreciate all the work that Dr. Vlad has done to get the most appropriate care for my son. The extensive care he provided for my son was beyond his normal responsibility as only a doctor. We trust him and view him not only as my sons pediatrician but also a part of our family.

Dr. Vlad is the epitome of service. Hes a sole practitioner who cares deeply for his community offering additional services that may not be offered by traditional practices including child and infant ear piercing but are incredibly necessary. One of his main goals is to educate while he offers care which is not always the case. Hes also a concierge doctor who does house callsI brought my 7 month old to Dr. Vlad because he was the only provider pharmacy hospital pediatrician that we could find in NYC that had and offered the RSV vaccination we called a LOT of places. Not only that but he personally called us back after we left a message and offered us near immediate availability.When we arrived he welcomed us and throughout the process explained in detail everything we needed to know. He was kind warm and funny. He even gave my daughter a small tube of bubbles to distract her from the shot.We could not recommend Dr Vlad highly enough and even though it was a long drive for us it was worth it

Dr Vlad was so warm friendly and welcoming to us and our baby. He went above and beyond to get us the RSV vaccine when no one else had it. He clearly loves what he does and is a wonderful doctor.

We saw Dr. Vlad this evening because your son has been sick and he was very warm and comforting to our son from start to finish. We have a 7 year old son on the autism spectrum and Dr. Vlad had him smiling and laughing throughout the visit. He was extremely patient and did not make the visit feel rushed. He talked to our son about what he was going to do and talked to him while he was checking him out. We all had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Dr Vlad

Dr. Vlad at PM Pediatrics is absolutely amazing My son is always nervous at the doctors office no matter the reason and Dr. Vlad calmed him down in seconds. His bedside manner is unmatched.

Dr Vlad is the best very friendly and caring. He was patient and very gentle. I wish that he was always the attending doctor when visiting PM Pediatrics would make everyones life much easier because its hard to find a good caring and gentle doctor like doctor Vlad.

We had our first visit for our 9 month old daughter yesterday. It has taken three tries to find the right doctor and I am so glad we came across Dr. Barayev. He spent over an hour with us doing a whole comprehensive visit and my baby absolutely loved him During her registration he personally reached out to me and spent 30 minutes on the phone just discussing what was going on with my baby and why we were switching doctors. He delivered a level of care that completely blew every other experience out of the water. If you are thinking of finding a new doctor who really cares- he is the dr to see Thank you so much Dr Vlad He is absolutely Mom and Baby approved

Excellent care. The staff is so great both at the desk and in the rooms. Dr. Vlad is so thorough and is so good with kids. He explains everything so that they understand theyre in a safe place. Great place to take your child.

Dr. Vladimir was incredible with our 5 month old for her ear piercing He explained everything to us in great detail and made us feel very comfortable. He did a great job Highly recommend
