I just finished my last day of physical therapy earlier today.I must say it was a great experience and I am very pleased with the results. When I first started I could barely walk my feet and calves hurt so bad. That all changed thanks to RISE in Imperial Beach and the wonderful staff they have over there. My therapist Noreen and Brittany were the best. They were very professional knowledgeable and skilled at their jobs. They took their time with me and helped me recover quicker than I thought possible. I also encountered Michelle and Fernando and both of them were great also. The one on one attention that was given to me helped so much. The whole establishment was great from entrance with Anna the most pleasant receptionist ever to feeling great walking straight and exiting.

Im so grateful for Rise PT They were recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint Anna at the front very friendly Noreen the physical therapist was great She was very friendly and felt like I had known her for years I also worked with Brittany one of their PT students who did an amazing job 6 weeks later and my back feels great It was bittersweet having my last day

Best physical therapy in San Diego. Staff is super friendly. Anna is great. Shes very helpful has such a bubbly personality. My PT is Naureen. She instantly made me feel comfortable. We built a great rapport and I trust her to get me back to my normal self. I actually look forward to PT to see these awesome people

Michelle as been been my physical therapist since I was sent here after a work related injury she has been nothing but excellent. Michelle and the staff are professional courteous and very friendly. Michelle has been rehabbing my shoulder and she has been implementing strengthening exercises that apply to everyday life task she has also provided men with proper lifting techniques to prevent future injury. She has worked with me to my comfort and ability.

Excellent cistomer service by Anna and the staff and outstanding Therapists. After a year with vertigo Michelle has been able to stabilized my balance in a short period of time she is very creative with my exercises making sure they align with my needs. I have also been treated by Noreen and the quality of care has not differ. I have been in other physical therapy locations but this one definatelly tops them all. They surely care for my wellness.

Ive been an Over the Road Truck Driver for over 18 yrs. Running teams and the constant pounding my body takes while the truck is in motion has slowly taken its toll on me. I was referred to Silver Strand Physical Therapy by my Spine Surgeon. From the very first day I felt welcome. The entire staff is very friendly warm and caring so I knew this was going to be a good experience.My therapist is Dr. Naureen Imam PT DPT MBS and I can honestly say that she is nothing less than fabulous. She explained to me that by exercising I could strengthen my core which would better support my spine and relieve much of the pain I was having. I can tell you she wasnt kidding. Over the weeks that followed she added and removed certain exercises and for the first time in a very long time I am living almost pain free. I still have more sessions ahead of me and I am looking forward to each and every one of them.I highly recommend Silver Strand Physical Therapy and the staff who work there.

It sounds cliche to say but this is a great physical therapy office. I felt comfortable going right away. I enjoy how my exercises are individualized. I love how they remember me and my concerns at each visit. I have full trust in them and in turn I dont hide anything from them when it comes to my physical therapy needs. I doubted my own progress at first but they help me see I can get past my concerns and be back at 100. They listen and they genuinely care. I appreciate this office and the staff.
