The clients are amazing. Horrible company. They do not care about the clients. Constant neglect occurs. IF its reported the company will do what they can to keep it quiet. There are clients that are Not being changed properly The clients are not bathed regularly only when 2 or 3 of the Decent staff works. Management is a joke They have such a big head from the position they have no idea whats going on in their homes with the clients. You nearly get in trouble for calling an ambulance for a client. This has resulted in a great decline in several clients health. The place needs to be shut down. The in house management is horrible. And hardly ever present. When they are present they are either napping raiding the kitchen. Or hanging out with each other which leads to the clients not being cared for. The administrator is honestly a pig. He has no heart for the clients nor staff. Constantly threatens peoples jobs if they dont work the Overtime he demands. This place needs to be shut down and sued.

If you want mental health help go anywhere else. RHA is the worst system ever created. Group therapy with druggies is their idea of helping you. You cant talk about any of your trauma. You cant get any assistance with coping skills. You cant get medication that works. If you are depressed they will only exaggerate it. This is not healthcare This is hurtcareless.

I have never seen a good employee treated with such distain and disrespect as I have this company to make someone feel so low and lie about them. Take your loved ones elsewhere cause all they care about is money.

Im currently an employee for RHA in Deep Gap NC. The staffing sucks we seem to always be short staffed. The higher ups example- QP and more think theyre all high and mighty and will not lift a finger to help their staff out when we need it the most also cussing out your staff is not professional. I wouldnt recommend getting a job here. The clients here are the best and is well taken care of despite all of this.

I worked here for 4 years. They were very good with the clients that are in the group homes. They keep up with the clients health and make sure that they have 3 meals a day and that are happy staying there.
