Good afternoon my fiance Kimmy Satterfield is a resident of RHA and Chattanooga Tennessee to 229 olan Mills drive. I have some real cares and concerns for her Im moving to Chattanooga in May and obviously Kimmy will be moving out and moving in with me but right now Im concerned for her because she is being given medication meant for a man and it is hurting her I called the facility and they gave me attitude and did not care she is being told that Tylenol is better for her liver that she shouldnt take an anti-inflammatory for her knee theyre giving her flomax for her knee which is meant for a mans prostate and it is hurting her she has back pain shes fatigue shes nauseous and they will not listen or change it I dont understand that with somebody would have medical training didnt know the difference between a medication for a man and a woman yes they can give it to a woman if she has urinary problems what is not meant for knee pain or inflammation she needs to be taking some sort of anti-inflammatory for the swelling and the pain something like Aleve naproxen neurontin things of that nature believe me Im experienced in the medical field to Im receiving my c-dac on April 12th I have experienced Im going to take care of her for the rest of her life but my concern is that she is being mistreated right now in your facility and nobody is addressing it please I am concerned for her health please look into this as soon as possible I love her and all I have is her best interest in mind thank you my name is Daniel Elliott

This company is a joke . They have no values of doing the right thing. If you have or are thinking of using them for a loved one . Dont or get them away from this company. They are dirty. It may not be the company as a whole but the Chattanooga office is horrible. This company should be under investigation by the state . From reading articles they have many cases pending. The management is horrible and that reflects with not being able to keep qualified employees . Many of the employees sleep on the job. When I say run from this company please do. If you have a loved one in this company out of Chattanooga please look for better care for your loved one . They deserve much better than what they receive from rha Chattanooga .

As a former DSP at this company I have to share my personal insight within this shady company. I was hired on with their ethics and values this company prides itself on. I was all in at first. It was during a few months in that I realized this company didnt stand by and honor any of its morales that it claimed to hold highly. I saw neglect and an investigation into that close no sooner than it was opened. I watched my former house manager who was nothing short of phenomenal get wrongfully fired and since that the staff that has come in is nothing short of lazy and worthless. RHA will offer your loved ones all these benefits and opportunities but sadly many of these residents waste days away just hanging out inside their homes. Some of these sweet residents WANT to pursue jobs maybe unloading a GoodWill truck or something similar. Due to the laziness in management all across the board the residents just exist only hoping to one day be able to work or go to school. Also this company is under federal investigation because some of the office personnel stole thousands of dollars of the residents money which is obviously sent directly to the office. Staff turnover is extremely high due to poor management and zero communication. Once you try and shine light on neglect the big wigs almost try and threaten you as if you did wrong only to try and change your mind. I am disgusted that this company is up and running. The state is either just as crooked or RHA is just that good at trying to cover up their dirt. Let me make this clear It will ALL come out one day and I cant wait to see it happen. My heart breaks for these residents who are stuck in this hell hole. Conservators are given the shaft and feel helpless because the company makes them feel as if they have to do what RHA wants. I chose to quit this job because of all of the shadiness drama and straight trash that comes along with this job. If you are seeking a home for your loved one this is NOT the place Please look elsewhere They talk a big game but only let the residents families and staff down. What really raises the first red flag was an email sent that RHA was offering bonuses to staff if we could fill in an empty spot in one of our homes REALLY This company is beyond understaffed yet try and bribe staff to bring in residents to make extra money. STAY AWAY
