Renee Dolberry, MS, CCC-SLP, M.Ed.
Introduction
Hi, I’m Renee, a bilingual speech-language pathologist with decades of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. I bring a warm, collaborative approach shaped by my many years working in schools, early intervention, private practice, and community settings. As the owner of a bilingual private practice, I partner closely with families to provide high-quality, culturally responsive care. I’m passionate about leadership, mentorship, and helping clients strengthen communication skills that support lifelong success!
What words would you use to describe yourself?
I consider myself a patient, compassionate, and professional individual. I take the time to listen carefully and understand others’ perspectives, which allows me to respond thoughtfully and effectively. I approach every situation with empathy and a calm demeanor, even in challenging circumstances. Maintaining professionalism is very important to me—I strive to uphold high standards in my work, communicate respectfully, and remain dependable in all that I do.
Who are you best positioned to serve?
As a speech language pathologist who is patient, compassionate and professional, I am well-positioned to serve clients who benefit from emotional safety, consistency and trust--not just technical expertise. Clients with complex or long term needs across the lifespan, require endurance and emotional attunement. Showing patience with my clients supports progress at their own pace. Being compassionate supports my clients to stay engaged despite frustration. With my professionalism I am able to build trust with families and care teams.
