REM Iowa - Council Bluffs Community Services

Since 1979, REM Iowa has provided quality services to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other complex challenges. We also offer services for adults with brain injuries and provide a range of programs, including residential services and day and vocational programs. The Council Bluffs office oversees several HCBS services. REM Iowa’s roots are here, as Council Bluffs is where the state office originally resided for several years. With local colleges and beautiful riverside locale, CB has been a popular location for services. Regional Director Kelly Flanagan who oversees our REM Iowa Community Services programs in western Iowa is located in this office.
