The agency may be good but Marcy Martinez is a terrible caseworker. Its been over a year since shes checked on my son who she case-manages. She never return phone calls nor emails. This is classic client abuse or lack of case managing skills.

Poor staffing horrible customer servicenever could get to a supervisor above case manager and curent supervisor. Have been struggling since last Sep of 2020. We have been discriminated at its finest. I have been quiet for to long and its time to break the Ice

When I was a high school senior those so-called social workers working in that place were horrible at their jobs and they even support parents who abuse their disabled kids. They should get fired if they havent already and never be allowed to work in the social welfare field of any kind ever again. Thanks for nothing

When you cause a 4 year problem to persist and even opt to respond with nitpicking while showing no signs that youll care anyway at that that doesnt inspire trust in the least. RCEB you are not running from YOUR guilt.

Great organization and I doubt you will find an organization that will serve you better. However this does not mean it has its flaws and inefficiencies. They are understaffed and overworked but they still strive to bring the best results to all of its clients. Patience and consistency is the key to dealing with this organization. If you believe there is any chance you may need their services for autism or any other special need then apply as soon as possible because the process is long but the results worth it.
