Dr. Ginsberg falls asleep in my sessions just about every single time.Consistently tries to use his patients as guinea pigs for brand new medications and has prescribed multiple ones that have given me horrible reactions. The front desk staff is either overworked or dont care at all whether you ever get a call back. Out of the dozens of times Ive called Ive spoken to a live person maybe three times. They dont return voicemails. They ignore refill requests until you go in person and then they charge you for each request. They will have you sit in the waiting room for two hours because they cant manage their patient load and then threaten you with a missed appointment fee if you try to reschedule so you can make it to work on time. My car died on the way once and I had to buy a new battery and they rubbed salt in the wound by charging me a missed appointment fee on top of it. They refused to waive it even though I had been a patient for six years and never missed a single appointment before. This is honestly the worst clinic Ive ever been to and Im grateful to have found an alternative.

I spent forever 4 decades fighting to figure out what my issues were. Dr. Ginsberg figured out my problem in one visit. Id forgotten what it was like to feel happy. He listens to my feedback and we plan together. The care and respect I get from him and from the office staff is top notch.

Extreme long waiting time till you finally was seen by doctor Ginsberg. The Doctor is friendly but in my opinion not a great psychiatrist. His front office and the scheduling lady are not very friendly and sometimes unprofessional. I mentioned to the doctor many times that my sons medication isnt working for him. Every time he only gives him options for trial medication and tries to convince us to do a study. Which we denied every time as I dont want my son to be a Guinea pig. Thankfully we moved and my son was able to switch psychiatrist office. The new doctor put him on different medication what worked out perfectly for us. Our life changed because he finally got prescribed the right medication.

The fact they call themselves doctors is pathetic. A Doctor Who prescribes medicine for his patients should want his patients to continuously. Take the medicine as prescribed. Good luck getting a hold of anybody at this office in general. Which is red flag number one. Red flag number two is the fact that once he does prescribe good luck getting your medication on time if at all. Multiple times you can try to call two weeks in advance before your script is even due reminding them that they should be sending it in soon. The following week you call and remind them again. Two days before the script is due you would like to be sent in because it takes a few days to get approved. The medication is supposed to get refilled from the pharmacist its never been sent in. One week after my script was supposed to be sent into the pharmacy. Im still trying to get a hold of the office and I still am without medicine. This following Hippocratic oath if youre doing harm by prescribing medication and not filling it Im honestly shocked. No one has sued this doctor as there is no excuse for not helping your patients.I do not recommend this doctor as he can prescribe medicine if you could ever get an appointment but refilling your medicine on time is just the biggest joke. The fact probably all his patients go weeks without any medicine is beyond me.

Im going to assume this office has been shut down since there has been no response from any call that I have made over the last 2 weeks. The business could have at least updated their Google profile so that the patients would know they were no longer there. That or they were manually shut down without notice and had no choice. I suppose Im going to have to make the hour drive out there to find out That that is exactly what has happened here.

Called for hours with no answer to any extension. Finally get a call back only to be told they would call back and.they didnt. Called the pharmacy thinking MAYBE they went ahead and took care of the issue they did not.Tried for three days to get a hold of someone with no response from this office. 1010 dont recommend if you want your concerns and time valued.

Does anyone know how to get ahold of them now Updated directory when you call and the extension that barley went through before doesnt at all now no matter what option you choose. Goes to voice-mail with no response. Medicine ran out two weeks ago waiting on prescriber approval. Ill have to drive far to go in person. Its so so frustrating. From day one this place has been so expensive and frusturating.

Long wait times but Im used to that with doctors in this field. They try to give each patient your full attention when they are with them and sometimes it does tend to cause it to take longer for others. Dr. Ginsburg was incredibly informative kind and respectful. He was very helpful treating my son and I really appreciate all that he did for us. Even worked at making sure we got discounts on the medication he recommended. I highly recommend seeing him for your psychiatric needs. He really knows his practice. Make sure you call when you want to make an appointment instead of trying to make one online. In the beginning I try to make one online and never had a response back. As soon as I called I got an appointment pretty quickly.

Lawrence Ginsberg is the worst psychiatrist ever and gives true psychologists a bad name. Makes people take certain psychiatric medicine against their will. I speak from experience and I never went back after a year and a half. Especially when I never even needed psychiatry to begin with. Hes a manipulator and deceiver. In fact there has been some women who has complaints about him talking to them about their private areas which is totally unacceptable. He couldnt cure depression for anyone anymore than he could create more depression for them. He also underestimates the true power of nature and the human spirit. Beware Petition him to be imprisoned

Dr. Ginsberg is very professional knowledgeable and his staff are personable and easy to communicate with. Waiting times can be long but a lot of people seem to go here and most psych offices are busy especially at certain hours of the day. Environment is clean and welcoming. Ginsberg himself is stoic at times but I can also tell he cares about my recovery the more I see him. Im very grateful for him helping me work out my medication before him I was really really suffering on bad meds. What hes prescribed me has quite literally saved my life. Im grateful.
