Recreational Council of Greater St. Louis - Maryland Heights

The Recreation Council of Greater St. Louis, incorporated in 1983 as a not-for-profit, 501c3 organization, works to promote and support leisure activities and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in the Missouri Counties of St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and St. Charles County. We provide much more than funding or information. We provide individuals with developmental disabilities with the opportunity to have fun, be active, socialize, gain independence and discover their life’s passion. Many individuals with developmental disabilities are isolated in school or in the community, and our programs provide the opportunity to make friends while doing something they enjoy, without expectation or comparison. We enable individuals with disabilities to enjoy life.
