When trying to get my child started with ABA services this place was horrible. Would take weeks to respond to emails tell me all of my paperwork was good then weeks later say it wasnt nothing was ever good enough for them. I told them my insurance said what I provided was sufficient but they continued to refuse to submit it. I decided I was done dealing with this place and went somewhere else. The new place was responsive caring and we got my child approved through insurance with the exact same paperwork rcg refused to use. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We absolutely LOVE Recognizing Childrens Gifts. All of the therapists and staff are a Blessing to my twins. We have seen such a magnificent growth in my twins. They went from being non-sociable to sociable and non-verbal to at least saying some words. RCG IS THE BEST.

Im giving 2 stars because I was very pleased with my sons therapist through RCG. I was not pleased with the company itself. The communication was terrible his case manger was switched without me being told until it had occurred. My son is high functioning and they basically pushed him out the door. Goals that they said he met were not even worked on. When I tried to explain how I felt I was told that he was fine and they could do nothing else for him. But I could get back in touch with them if I ever needed anything. Well its been a year since his services ended and his Neurologist is furious that he is no longer recieving services. He suggested I get back in contact with RCG to reinstate him. I emailed a week ago with no response. We are wait listed at other places and will not be returning. I feel like an awful mother because my sons progress has been delayed by a year because they werent willing to help him.

My 5 year old son has been receiving ABA therapy here since he was diagnosed at age 2. RCG has been phenomenal and has exceeded all of our expectations of what ABA therapy would do for our son and for our family. Every single staff member at RCG is so kind and caring. Going into ABA therapy as a family with no prior experience with autism or ABA was very intimidating to begin with however the wonderful staff at RCG helped us through every step and showed us that ABA can be fun caring and life changing. His therapists embraced his unique interests and personality and tailored his program to him making it fun but also allowing him be himself. The progress that he has made with the team from RCG is beyond our expectations. Hes now able to attend preschool with minimal support and any behavioral problems at home are quickly extinguished thanks to their taught techniques during our weekly family training. Their new center is amazing as well What they are doing for our community is outstanding and I am so proud to say that my son is one of their clients I will forever be passionate about recommending their services to others Thank you RCG

RCG has been a godsend for our family. As the father of a child on the spectrum I am glad to have RCG on our team . Their new facility on alverser plaza in Richmond is a great space and we will resume our time there. We have had the most amazing Behavior Analyst Tara Dailey who truly cares about her clients. In addition Rebecca Sheldon and everyone else has shown great compassion and professionalism. Sophie has made a lot of strides in her behavior with the help of these fine folks. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

This establishment is the best place for abasocial skills life skills and school prep for children with autism that Ive seen. The staff are considerate of suggestion and how your child operates. They fine tune the program specifically for your child. Ive been to many aba programs. Nothing compares to Recognizing Childrens Gifts. You will be thoroughly pleased when you place your child in this program. Give them a call.
