Rebecca L. Berg, CELA

Rebecca L. Berg is the founding partner of the elder and disability law firm of Berg Bryant Elder Law Group, PLLC in Jacksonville, Florida. A member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys since 1990, she was among the charter class of attorneys to be certified by the National Elder Law Foundation and board-certified in Elder Law through The Florida Bar. Rebecca has practiced law for more than 35 years. Her practice focuses on elder and disability law issues serving all ages in the areas of estate planning, probate, long-term care planning, guardianship, special needs trust development and administration. Rebecca obtained her law degree from the University of Florida. She is the past chair of the Elder Law Section of The Florida Bar and currently serves as chair of the Board of Aging True, Community Services for Seniors. She is a member of the Special Needs Alliance, a national invitation-only association.
