Reach Clinic

We got out of the car and saw a man call us over to the door. We said hello and all he said to us was we parked in the wrong place and asked us about our vaccination status. Super weird and creepy. The woman we saw was nice though....however the man was very rude to her too. This place seems super sketchy we were referred here by our insurance. According to their website which I had to Google because its not listed here theyre a Christian based clinic which wasnt disclosed to us ahead of time my family and I are not Christian and it made us a little uncomfortable. Its also apparently a place that specializes in drug and alcohol abuse which isnt why we came either. Not sure if well be back.

I worked here for almost 2 years. After being asked to falsely bill document inaccurately and see clients outside of my scope of practice I put in my notice. Since then the owner Roger Pumphrey has attacked my character professionally and personally. He is not a good man but claims to be a man of God. Please dont do your practicum or internship here. He is vile and inappropriate.

I did an intern there and it was very unprofessional. The Doctorowner is very unprofessional with the women staff and he was very ghetto. The counselors were unprofessional as well except for one whom I wont mention. Just a poor experience in general

REAL people work here. People who can actually understand you where it feels comfortable to talk to them. They are clinical and knowledgeable but you dont feel intimidated with a bunch of clinical terms.

Unprofessional isnt even the word I dont believe the counselors are certified and they are never on time nor did they help with my problem. If anyone you love gets sent here find somewhere else ASAP
