Not a great experience. Front desk was rude always. In home therapist would often cancel day of or sometimes be a no show with no calltext. They always seemed to be short staffed with high turn around. Alicia the manager was not great to deal with. The facility is really really small and crowded as well.

Got my child evaluation for speech therapy. They took months to get the evaluation back. Then would not even schedule appointments for therapy when I call or emailed them.I also called to see if I can an evaluation for behavioral issues. The person says yes we do that but we cant help you and hung up on me.This place is a joke.

My son has been going to Rainbow Kids for the last 6 months and we are so happy with the progress he has made. His speech therapists are fantastic. I appreciate all of the insights they share. Our family is thankful for the guidance they give in supporting our sons speech improve. My son also enjoys going there - its a positive experience for him which means a lot to me.

No a kids friendly place. It seems like all they care about is profit. I was induced with classes which I never heard of by a PT that costs 6k a month.

I love this company that is dedicated to providing language therapies and occupational therapy. My son attends and has already made a lot of progress in his learning since my son has autism.

I received a bill from Don Hill at Rainbow Kids after I had already paid what was agreed to. Thanks to Rainbow Kids Achievement Center I have lost time and money and achieved nothing but some additional frustration which I did not need to deal with.I called Rainbow Kids in February to have a PT evaluation. Angela in their office verified my benefits prior to my making the appointments and wrote a very clear e-mail which I also spoke to her about confirming that based on my insurance benefits my evaluation would be 75 and each therapy session would be 75 until our deductible had been met.I took my son for the PT evaluation in February and paid 75 to Linda at the front desk before leaving. They recommended an OT evaluation which we had a few days later and I also paid the 75 before leaving the facility. On a side note I was disappointed in the OT evaluation as they just went through the basic checklist of questions that I have completed numerous times over the years and didnt really try to engage my son. I would have preferred to have had the opportunity to complete the checklist or decline it prior to the appointment and not address in front of my 8 year old especially since we already have a detailed neuropsych evaluation. They also didnt seem to understand the out of the box therapies I was interested in like primitive reflex integration. Oh well not every provider is the right fit for my child. I liked Clare in PT and was planning to move forward with with her but had to wait for the recommended orthotics to be made by an outside provider. In April I searched my e-mail for the written PT evaluation to make our first session appointment and I found an e-mail from Don Hill in my spam folder. Two months after my appointments Don was saying I owe more money for each visit despite having had benefits verified and paid in full at the end of each appointment. Now Don states I owe 75 more for each evaluation. I was an insurance consultant so I know a verified benefit should be accurate. He says that I owed an evaluation and a session amount for each evaluation. If that was the case then why would Angela state the evaluation was 75 and why would they not collect the higher amount at the end of the appointment As Angela had confirmed I owed 100 of any amount billed since it was the beginning of the year and our deductible had not been met.I emailed back and forth with Don about why he is not standing by the agreed upon amount and his reasoning is not factual he blames deductibles and the insurance companies for the inaccuracy. Im sure he will respond to this review with the same. Benefit verifications take into account deductibles so this does not make sense. Also please note Rainbow Kids puts a disclaimer at the bottom of their benefit verification to cover their unusual billing practice. If you value your time and money use caution with this place if you pay out of pocket. Rainbow Kids verifies benefits for you but do not believe that quote. Ask for ALL of the billing codes and call your insurance company yourself and ask for it in writing from Angela without their standard disclaimer and then hope that you dont find a e-mail from Don months later.I obviously dont trust Rainbow Kids billing practices now so I will have to scramble to find another facility for my sons PT therapy since I now have orthotics that cost a fortune that he will outgrow quickly. I am not happy that I had to put my son through two evaluation sessions where his issues were discussed in front of him. Its also a shame as the money spent on these evaluations which per Don I now owe even more money for has been completely wasted since I will not be going there for services. As a special needs mom and a full time homeschooler my time is really limited and every dollar is extremely important as it could potentially help my child. Disappointing.
