Rainbow Connection Family Resource Center - Oxnard

The Rainbow Connection is a resource center for;families with infants and toddlers with special needs, children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families, the professionals who work with them, and their communities. Each and every member of the community deserves respect, acceptance and the right to reach their fullest potential. Rainbow staff (all parents of children or;adults with special needs) draw from their own experiences and are dedicated to building sensitivity, knowledge and understanding between individuals, families, professionals and community. Rainbow values and supports every community member and offers support, information, and education to all members of the community.
