Beaming Review

I've been a licensed psychologist for decades and the former president of the CA Board of Psychology, the largest regulatory board for psychology in the nation. This provider went far outside her scope of professional competence evaluating a Viet Nam veteran who was shot and almost died. He is unable to ambulate yet this psych. thinks he can work. I believe she violated Standard 2 of the APA code of ethics adopted by the Texas Board of Psychology. Stick with children., She should stay in her lane,
